Great South Charlotte location. Come home to this neat as a pin garden unit with private patio in a great location convenient to Uptown, Shopping, I-77, fine restaurants, and the hospitals.

This completely furnished, all inclusive, townhome has 2 master suites with 2 full baths. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart tv. Spacious living room, and large flat screen smart tv. Fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. Lovely diningroom with wood burning fireplace. Outside of the kitchen and diningroom is a fully enclosed private patio. This home comes complete with a washer and dryer. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and “home” is right here! .

This home is located in the Quail Hollows neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina, conveniently located near the city of Pineville and the South Park business and shopping district. Residents of this community have easy access to Route 51, Pineville Matthews Road, South Boulevard, and I-485. Nearby are the Quail Hollow Country Club, McMullen Creek Greenway, and the Carolina Place Mall as well as Southpark Mall and tons of Restaurants.

This home is available for short/long term monly rentals. Our home comes complete with utilities, cable, wirless internet, towels, linens, pots, pans, dishes, washer & dryer and so much more. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase and make yourself at home.

home away from home

we needed to find a place to stay when moving from the northeast to Charlotte to look for a home to buy... After lots of research, I came across this townhome.. It turned out to be the perfect location to be in while property searching as well as a good location to learn about Charlotte.. The property manager was terrific and very helpful... I highly recommend staying here! *oh, yes, a private patio was used daily .... the furnishings on the patio could be better, but, we survived!

Location is great, very close to many areas of the City and surrounding towns, everything is nearby as well People in the complex are extremely friendly even for dogs, amenities were good as well (pool, tennis court) Great experience. Thank you
