Charming & cozy - great Ketchum location

Super cozy, very charming Austrian chalet right at the edge of Ketchum. Great location, incredibly well maintained, and wonderful hosts. Was great for our family of four. Hated to leave. Look forward to coming back!!

Exquisite and oh so cozy

We’ve been to Sun Valley many times, but my family said this was hands down our best stay. Perfect location, beautiful home, incredibly gracious and helpful homeowners. A total delight.

The house is so charming and comfortable! We had a wonderful time. Loved the hot tub and sauna, and cozy fireplace. Kitchen is well appointed. We were a group of 6 adults and the space was perfect for us. The owners were super communicative and wonderful.

We love everything about staying in Barclay & Zach’s home.

Everything about this property makes you feel welcome and at home instantly. We loved the new addition of the hot tub and sauna. The location is perfect for all the hiking skiing and access to Ketchum. I’d highly recommend staying here if it’s available as it’s a super special house ‘ property.

Originally from Oregon, I fell in love with the mountains and moved to Sun Valley 10 years ago. Our home is perfectly situated next to major trailheads so I spend most of my days out on the trails adventuring in nature when possible. My cousin owns a wonderful restaurant in town called The Haven and I have two old retired guide dogs that live with me named Amador and Fleetwood.

Why they chose this property

This property is next to major trailheads and so the access to the outdoors is right out our backdoor.
In the summer, you can ride your mountain bike out the backdoor to world renowned trails and spend the rest of the day fishing at the Bigwood river which is across the street.
In the winter, you can walk across the street to endless cross country skiing trails and at the same time, the home is just minutes from the mountain.
The access is unbeatable.
