This 2 bedroom +loft/ 2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. The condo offers 1312 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the first level, you will find one of the bedrooms. This room has a king bed, 31 inch TV, and access to a full-size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings which brings great light into the room with Mt. Views. The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, a gas grill, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. The condo has two large portable air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

On the third level is the loft area and master bedroom. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, Mt views, a walk-in closet, and a full-size bath. The loft offers a Double bed and has access to either one of the bathrooms in the condo.

This unit does allow one dog for an additional charge of 35.00 per day.

This condo has a one-car garage for a compact car and one parking pass for the parking lot. During the winter, the extra parking is filled with snow. You may need to pay for parking in the lot across the street, if your car does not fit in the garage. If you have a large vehicle that doesn't fit in the garage, or have more than one car, you may need to park a short distance from the condo on the street.
