This small stone house dating from 1729, completely renovated (2019), with a south-facing terrace and an east terrace, will allow you to stay in a pleasant setting, not overlooked, close to the sea and the countryside. Its proximity to services, 300m from a shopping center, is highly appreciated.
Its location 1.5km from the town center of Morlaix, a town with character, allows you to quickly access the coast, its beaches and its hiking trail. At 800m, the Aquatic Center, the hospital. The SNCF train station is 3 km away, the sea is 13 km and the Monts d'Arrée at 20 km
.
The ground floor has a functional layout, entrance hall, living room, kitchen. The kitchen equipment is new, the bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, and a washing machine.
The BZ type sofa allows 2 extra beds.
Upstairs, the 2 non-adjoining bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, are separated by the landing fitted with a sink.
A shelter allows to store bikes, barbecue, garden furniture.
Sheets and household linen are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival.
You have the possibility of renting bath and hand towels at the rate of 2 € per person.
Animals are not allowed.

Das Haus ist vor kurzem renoviert worden; auch die Küche ist neu. In dem Haus kann man sich wohl fühlen, da es top eingerichtet ist. Die Terasse lädt zum Verweilen bei spät abends ein. Die Gite liegt in einer Senke, so dass keine Umgebungsgeräusche stören.Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich oder über einen Schlüsselsafe. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Très bonne location, agréable, jolie jardin, maison avec la charme de l’ancien et à l’intérieur intégralement refait à neuf, très bien pensé, un vrai petit cocon. Nous recommandons grandement, à 2 pas des commerces et 5 minutes en voiture de Morlaix. La propriétaire est très sympathique et prends le temps d’expliquer l’histoire de la maison et des environs.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Es war alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist wirklich ganz am Rand von Morlaix, man ist aufs Auto angewiesen. Der Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein eigenes kleines Paradies

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt an einer Straße mit wenig Verkehr. Durch den Garten mit Hecken und Mauern waren wir sehr ungestört. Es war alles da, was man benötigte. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und es klappte alles reibungslos. Vielen Dank!!!
