Les Gîtes de la Croix au Blanc : "Le Noyer"

The cottage "Le Noyer" is a charming little stone house with all the perfect comforts for a couple or a family with 2 children. It is part of a farmhouse of several buildings on an area of just over 1 hectare. Travellers will have access to a covered and heated swimming pool 5 months from the year from Easter to the end of September, however the temperature of 28°C is only guaranteed in the summer months. For children, ponies are available for rides in the surroundings. Everything is there for a pleasant quiet and relaxing stay.

Our cottages are located in the village of Sains in Brittany, an ideal place to visit the Bay of Mont St Michel, its abbey and museums, Mont Dol, the beaches of St Malo, Cancale, Dinard and many others...

The cottage "le Noyer" includes: a fully equipped kitchenette (oven/hot plates, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, etc.). A living room with sofa bed for 2 people, smartTV with youtube access, NETFLIX, etc... and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with character with a double bed 140X190, and a chest of drawers. A bathroom with shower and sink and a washing machine/dryer. The cottage has a private terrace with table and barbecue.

A kit of dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, detergent, rubbish bag, toilet paper are available free of charge.

Tourist tax: 3.47% of the nights per adult per day

Free WiFi internet access in all our cottages

Bed linen is optional for 15€ per bed as well as the supply of a small and large towel for 10€ per person.

Cleaning is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately at 40€ in addition to the price of the stay. However, the cottage must be left in order with rubbish bins and dishwasher emptied and duvets folded on the beds.

Above 8kwh per night, electricity is billed at 0.27€ per kwh to be paid at the end of the stay according to consumption. There is a sub-meter read at the beginning and end of the stay during the inventory of fixtures.

The house is intended for a family of 2/4 people with a parking space and a private garden

You can also enjoy the garden as well as the covered and heated swimming pool, which allows it to be used from May to September.

Le menage est à revoir. Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de toile d araignée et leur habitants. Quand nous sommes arrivés et avons ouvert la porte une grosse odeur d humidité était présente dans le logement. Vaisselle minimaliste manque exemple un dessous de plat...escalier piscine pas top dangereux meme. Pas visible sur le descriptif de l annonce. Puanteur des poubelles ménagères...

Savez vous que je vis de ces locations saisonnières et que de mauvaise évaluations répétées peuvent entrainer une fermeture de cette location. Je ne pense pas que votre séjour mérite un 3/5 objectivement. Il ne s'agit pas d'un palace mais d'une maison de campagne avec des odeurs et des araignées qui sont rapide à refaire leur toile. C'est justement le cachet de ce genre d'endroit. Allez donc louer ailleurs. Je ne vous remercie pas

Un excellent week-end entre amis !

Nous avons séjourné a Sains durant un week-end prolongé entre amis : Un véritable plaisir ! La campagne sera vous offrir de merveilleuse marche à pied pour les plus matinaux ! Tandis que les lève tard profiterons d'une agréable piscine chauffée. De plus, Sa situation est idéale pour découvrir le Mont-Saint-Michel et ses alentours !
