This cottage, with a surface area of 192m², has a capacity for 10 people. It is attached to another cottage for 8 people (both cottages can be rented together for a total capacity of 18 people) but is nevertheless independent and has its own terrace.
It is awarded 3 stars and is fully accessible to physically disabled individuals.
Ground floor: cathedral living room with wood stove, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), 1 bathroom-toilet, 1 bathroom-toilet.
First floor: game room, home cinema, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds), bathroom-toilet.
The cottage is also suitable for hosting young children: baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, changing mat, safety gate for the stairs...
This characterful house combining tradition, brightness, and great comfort, both in summer and winter, will charm enthusiasts of authenticity. Classified as 'Gîtes de caractère' by Gîtes de France. This label highlights the quality of architecture, the care taken in interior decoration, and the successful integration into the environment.
We have also created a summer lounge, shared between the 2 cottages, which is intended to be a space for socializing and leisure. You can have a meal there, play ping-pong or foosball, or simply relax.
The cottage is surrounded by a large enclosed plot of 6000m² planted with fruit trees and dominated by a century-old lime tree. It's a paradise for children with the pirate ship and the observation fort.
Ideally located, 1h30 from Paris and 20 minutes from Rouen, 'La maison de campagne' will allow you to discover within a radius of 50 km, varied landscapes: numerous forests, charming valleys with small streams or green plateaus, imposing silhouettes of Norman abbeys or lush gardens, castles with intricate stonework...
Many activities, for young and old alike, whether they are sports, cultural, gastronomic, or simply relaxing, will fill your days.
Optional: bed linen rental (€10/bed), towel rental (€4/person), cleaning (€90), and wood for the stove (€10/wheelbarrow).
A tourist tax applies to all rentals. It is €0.50/day/adult. Geothermal heating included for the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi.
This site does not allow for calculating rentals for 3, 4, 5, or 6 nights at the normal rate, so feel free to contact me directly for any special requests.

We hebben een heerlijke verblijf gehad in de vakantiewoning. Goed te doen met 2 gezinnen. Voor de kinderen zat te doen. Huis en tuin waren echt groot. De tweepersoonsbedden vonden wij wat krap en niet heel lekker liggen. Woning was zeker niet vies (aanrecht, wc’s en douches goed schoon) maar sommige dingen konden nog wel wat aandacht gebruiken. Keukengerei ruim aanwezig. Pannen van wisselende kwaliteit maar er was keuze genoeg

Un séjour calme au coeur de la campagne normande

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison de Nathalie. La maison est grande, les espaces bien pensés - gros points forts pour la salle de jeu à l'étage et l'espace partagé extérieur couvert avec babyfoot et table de ping pong. La maison est très spacieuse, propre et il y a beaucoup de rangements. L'endroit est vraiment agréable et calme. Parfait pour un séjour reposant, en famille ou entre amis et pour découvrir les superbes sites normands environnants. Nathalie est très accueillante et très attentionnée. Merci encore, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

We absolutely loved this property. Located in the gorgeous countryside of Fresne le plane, close to a small town and about 20 minutes away from bustling Rouen. We had our 3 year old and 10 month old who enjoyed their stay as much as us. The upstairs had a child gate and a great area for the kids to play. Also, we enjoyed all of the outdoor play areas as well. We will be back!

magnifique gîte !

Excellent séjour entre amies dans ce gîte de charme spacieux et décoré avec goût. Les extérieurs sont tout aussi vastes et magnifiques. Le préau est bien pensé pour y prendre un thé à l'heure où le soleil est à son zenith. On ne resent pas du tout la mitoyenneté, c'est très appréciable. Bravo pour les concepteurs de ce beau projet !

The property is lovely; spacious, characterful and well equipped. The gardens are extensive and well kept. It's an excellent place for children. The location is quiet, although a little remote; shops are a short drive away and Rouen is about 25 minutes.

wonderful gite

This gite is wonderful, the rooms and the kitchen are big and clean. All you need is available. The welcoming of the owner is very kind, helpfully and friendly. The gite is located in an admirable place - not far away from Rouen, from wonderful gardens and parks and from the sea.
