Laundry is right outside our door. Some places just get in your blood. Siesta Key has been part of our family story since I was a little girl, spending summers here while my grandparents rented at this very complex. I have photos of myself splashing in this same beachfront pool back in the 1980s — and now my own kids splash in the same spot. That kind of full-circle magic is rare, and it's exactly why we wanted a place of our own here. Tower 604 isn't just a rental to us. It's where our family exhales.

Why they chose this property

Evenings here look like this: the grill going at the pavilion, kids chasing each other across the sand or wrestling a kite into the sky, the sun melting into the Gulf. We do sunset dinners right on the beach — nothing fancy, just good food and that light. Mornings we hit Sun Garden Café for breakfast (don't miss the fairy garden tucked into the outdoor seating — it's a little surprise the kids always hunt for). For the best sandwich to pack in your beach bag, Anna's is the answer. And when you're ready for a casual dinner out, Big Water Fish Market never disappoints.

Siesta Key sits at the center of one of Florida's most culturally rich stretches of coastline. Spend a morning at Mote Marine Aquarium, an afternoon wandering the Ringling Museum of Art, or catch a show at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. The Village is walkable, charming, and full of great dining and local shops. If you're after a more upscale afternoon, St. Armand's Circle is a short drive and worth every minute. .
