Magnificent house in a seaside village with mini rooftop pool
Magnificent house completely renovated, quiet, in a seaside village by the sea. 100 m from all shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, etc.) and many restaurants. The house is 50 m from the sandy beach which stretches for several km and from a small marina. It has 3/4 parking spaces outside, a garden on the ground floor with outdoor lounge, a huge terrace on the 1st floor and a mini teak pool on the roof with 360 ° views.
Ground floor: an open kitchen with a central island leads to a beautiful living room. The sleeping area, which is separate, is composed of 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs, a master bedroom, a TV corner with a sofa bed as well as a large bathroom and a toilet as well as access to a huge terrace including a pergola with summer lounge.
From this terrace, you can access the roof by a gate (which closes) and thus enjoy the mini pool (3mx2.5m) with 360 ° view, ideal for sunsets.
Household, sheets and towels are provided

Tolles Haus an bester Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit einer aussergewöhnlichen Dachterrasse. Toller Blick auf`s Meer und auf die Salinen von La Capte. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar im Ort La Capte, direkt am Meer. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuss in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment de famille dans cette villa, idéalement située sur la presqu'île à proximité de Giens. Nous recommandons vivement car elle est très lumineuse, spacieuse et propose différents environnements, terrasses. A découvrir!

Hidden Gem in Hyeres
Stylish property, well appointed and with great views from the roof pool. So many places to relax in the sun or sit in the shade if you wish. The location was perfect - with a good choice of restaurants and shops only a very short walk away and the added bonus of a lovely French market to browse on Friday. Not to mention how brilliant it was to see flamingos resting on the water close by.
The property owner and manager were equally charming and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a lovely vacation.

Quiétude et confort garantis
Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, dans une pinède à proximité de la plage et des commerces et à l'abri du bruit et des regards. La maison est très confortable, alliant le moderne et le naturel.
