Sarver Guesthouse is a unique winery property getaway located in the beautiful South Willamette Valley. The spacious and well-appointed home is perched atop the hill with endless views of the valley and mountains. Situated next to our tasting room, winery, and overlooking the vineyard we offer our guests a special opportunity to get to know the gang and perhaps, a bit about wine!

The property location has plenty to offer. You may prefer to linger at the guesthouse during your stay, strolling the vineyard and orchards, roaming through the gardens, enjoying wine and charcuterie at the tasting room, and just taking in the country vibe and gorgeous views. If you want to explore the area, there is plenty to do! The Pacific Coast is a mere 50 minutes away, where you can explore beautiful beaches and quaint coastal villages. Eugene is a great town to wander around, filled with restaurants, parks, walking trails, museums, boutique theaters, distilleries, breweries, urban wineries, and unique stores. If you came to explore our Wine Valley, the guesthouse is situated on the wine trail with plenty of wineries to visit nearby. Wine tours are easily available, if you choose not to drive. The house itself should provide everything you need, including a bottle of our favorite Pinot Noir upon your arrival! There are two bedrooms (with two roll out single beds for extra guests, two bathrooms, a tv room, great room with a pellet stove, dining room, office, private sitting room, large well-appointed kitchen with a Nespresso machine, and a sprawling porch with a grill. Make yourself at home!

We loved, loved, loved the Guesthouse Villa. We are four senior citizens who came to town for the football game. The house was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the deck was amazing. We sat out there quite a bit just enjoying the view, which went on forever. What a bonus to have the winery's tasting room right next door.

Our stay at the guesthouse was nothing but a positive experience. We had everything we needed and wanted at the house, including practical and comfort items. Erin was friendly and communicated with us prior to arrival. She provided all of the information we needed. The views from house were breathtaking and we very much enjoyed walking around the corner to the wine tasting room. The Sarver wine was wonderful and a fun treat. The location of the house worked well for our trip. It is about 20 minutes from Eugene and 1 hour from the coast. I would vacation here again. Don't hesitate to book the stay!

We stayed at Sarver Winery Guesthouse September 2022 and just loved it. It’s a large, beautiful, well stocked home with the winery’s tasting room right next door. Although next door the house remains pretty private but I loved the convenience of the winery right next door. Lots of space, perfect for our next cousins weekend trip!!

Overall the stay was perfect. With the tasting room right next door it was nice to stop in for an afternoon drink and snack. The view from the porch overlooking the vineyard was beautiful. The house has everything needed for your stay. Everyone was there to help in anyway needed and once the tasting room closed for the evening a quietness came over the place and you had the vineyard all to yourself to enjoy the view and energy of the place. Pacific Northwest Trip

This is the perfect location for visiting Oregon wine country. Our trip started visiting the Redwood Forest area. Then we hiked in Crater Lake. We ended the vacation touring Willamette wineries. The home is adjacent to the Sarver Winery tasting room. Therefore it was an amazing locale to end each evening with a glass of Pinot Noir in the tasting room. We then finished the night watching the stars on the back patio of the house.
