T2P Pilar is an old restored house with 68 m2 right at the entrance to Porto. It has a nice outdoor patio with 26 m2, living and dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds), 1 WC, 1 kitchen and a pantry. It is in a quiet neighborhood of houses, next to Jardim do Morro, right at the entrance of Ponte D. Luiz I.
10 minutes walk from the metro station, just one stop from the historic center of Porto.

Bien situé, coquet aménagement, bel accueil avec conseils sur des endroits à visiter ou pour se ravitailler. Un soin pour les petits détails. Endroit parfait pour notre famille de 5. Nous étions tristes de partir!!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt

Ausreichend große Wohnung mit schönem Ambiente. Bequeme Betten, Bad okay für 2 Personen. Leider nicht so saubere Küchenutensilien. Ruhigere Gegend 30min vom Zentrum zu Fuß. Leider eine große Baustelle nebenan.Also insgesamt nur 4 Sterne

Netter Aufenthalt

Pro: Fussläufig zum Zentrum / Freundliche Vermieter / gute Ausstattung. Con: Aircondition laut wie Staubsauger - springt alle paar Minuten an. Wir haben die nur während Abwesenheit laufen lassen. Info: Wer sehr früh/spät am Flughaven ankommt/abfliegt, muss mit Uber oder Taxi fahren (Taxi 45 EUR).

Logement idéal pour visiter Porto

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement qui est idéal pour 4 personnes (nous étions 5😉) Stéphanie nous a réservé un bon accueil avec beaucoup de conseils pour visiter Porto. Accès en moins de 10mn en métro, et toutes les commodités à moins de 10mn. Quartier très sympa pour partir visiter Porto à pied. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, avec une terrasse très agréable. Nous y retournerons volontiers...

Vila Nova de Gaia vue magnifique sur Porto

Appartement parfait pour quatre personnes situé au-dessus d’un petit bistrot de quartier sympathique. À 5 minutes à pieds du Jardim do Mouro et du pratique métro. La proprio Estefânia est très accueillante et de bon conseil. Séjour merveilleux!

Superbe endroit ou séjourner

Superbe endroit pour un séjour à Porto. L'appartememnt est très propre et a répondu à tous nos besoins. C'est une marche de 10 minutes environ pour se rendre au pont qui traverse la rivière Douro, pour se rendre à Porto. Porto est une superbe ville à visiter. C'est une des plus belles que nous avons visiter durant notre séjour. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voire, et ce n'est pas les petits cafés ou restaurants qui manquent. Les deux côtés de la rivière Douro sont bondé de restaurant et l'atmosphère est superbe. Nous planifions déjà y retourner l'an prochain, car notre séjour était trop court. Sans hésitation nous retournerons à cet appartement dans un futur rapproché. Merci aux propriètaires.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement était aussi beau que sur les photos et idéalement situé pour tout faire à pieds ! La terrasse est très agréable pour profiter un peu de l’extérieur après une journée à se balader. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Schöne Stadtwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Haben uns von der ersten Minute in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war zuvorkommend, die Abwickung sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, viele Hotspots sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Hier ist man mitten im Leben, was aber auch bedeutet, dass man die sehr aktive und mitteilungsbedürftige Nachbarschaft auch nachts erleben darf 🤪. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Porto und Gaia Erfahrung!

Treppen und Steigungen sind an heißen Tagen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Portweinexkursionen sind ein Muss.

Wenn wieder Porto, dann hier. Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt-alles in der Nähe. Wohnung bestens - ebenso die Betreuung!

Tolle FeWo in Vila Nova de Gaia

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage. Entweder man geht 10 Min. auf der kürzesten Strecke bergab zum Fluss Duro, oder man bleibt oben und läuft von dort über die Brücke direkt zu den historischen Bauwerken. Sehr empfehlenswert

Appartement très charmant à quelques pas de du centre de Porto ! Les lieux sont bien entretenus et l’accueil (en français) est parfait ! Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et nous ont même donné des adresses de bons restaurant ! Seul petit bémol malgré la tranquillité du quartier, les habitués du café de la rue peuvent faire un peu de bruit (rien de bien méchant mais pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger une petite paire de bouchon c’est idéal). Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans cet endroit que nous avons appelé la maison durant notre séjour !

Beautiful Gaia

Great location just be aware it's on top of a hill . I love walking , it's all uphill. Great little restaurant below . The apartment very comfortable and super clean . The owners were there anytime u called . Excellent I would go back 🌞🌞❤❤

Great location - close to metro, bridge, port houses, grocery store, local bar. Thoughtful touches.

Would definitely recommend this place. Check in was easy - we arrive early and we're quickly accommodated. There we local pastries and port for us on arrival. The place was clean and well equipped. Easy to get anywhere you want to go. Also just as easy to wonder down stairs to the local bar for some cheap beers and port - bar tender/owner is really nice and helped us find a place to print boarding passes. Hosts responded quickly to all questions and requests. Two thumbs up!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir wurden herzliche empfangen. Der Gastgeber war uns sogar behilflich, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet, um Porto zu erkunden. Auf das Auto konnten wir verzichten. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Die kleine Terrasse konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen. Inge und Uwe Brandt, Kiel
