Villa adjoining the garage includes, on the ground floor, a living room with sofas, television, dining area. An open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a dishwasher.
A bedroom with 140 bed and chest of drawers, with its bathroom with two sinks. A separate toilet.
Upstairs a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed with chest of drawers, then a third bedroom with bunk beds with chest of drawers and small wardrobe. Shower room with WC.
Garage with washing machine. Possibility of parking a car in the driveway.
