This house has a unique charm with a beautiful garden, huge yard and paved circle drive. Tucked away on 3 wooded acres enjoy a cup of coffee sitting on the large back deck. Beautiful new gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops, 36” Viking gas oven and new appliances. It also has a rec room in the basement with huge 65` T.V, foosball table and couch with a queen size pull out bed. Located 10 minutes to east bay, 14 minutes to downtown Traverse City and 20 minutes to The Equestrian Festival.

This house has an amazing back deck and front porch. Nature lovers dream. New sauna installed and outdoor shower. Huge apple tree which brings in deer every morning. Charming home in the country

Charming home in the country. This house was full of beautiful handcrafted wood and tile work. My favorite spot was probably the porch that had a beautiful day bed. It was so wonderful to take my coffee out there. The floorplan is very open, so if you are looking for privacy, you might want to keep that in mind. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The grounds are gorgeous, you definitely feel like you are surrounded by nature. Our family had so much fun using the foosball table in the basement. The property is also close to town, Berry picking, and a super cute market for groceries. I would highly recommend this property

I grew up on the beaches of Traverse City and am proud to call this town my home. I love to ski, swim, hike but camping is my favorite. I run my husbands small tile business and make money on the side renting three properties. I absolutely love being a host and find so much joy in what I do.

Why they chose this property

This house was built in the 1950 and is full of charm. It has a huge yard with a beautiful apple tree. Deer, rabbits, fox and turkey visit the yard often. It has been remodeled from top to bottom with a beautiful new kitchen, and bathroom. Hardwood throughout and finished basement. The loft is super cute. We tried to keep the original charm. A lot of work but well worth it:)
