Great Location

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The location is awesome -- close to beach access and walkable to Center St where all the bars and restaurants are. This house also has a great porch.

Folly House

We absolutely loved this sweet little beach house! It was the perfect location for our girls’ weekend. The house was very clean, close to little shops and a quick walk to the beach. I would definitely return!

The property is in MUCH need of repair. While the sheets and floor were clean, the property is just gross. Molding is nasty, it needs paint. the light switches are in odd places, the only TV that works is in the living room. The house needs directions on how to work things.

The Folly House-3 day stay

The proximity of this property to the beach was excellent and to get to Center street it was about a 15 min. walk. They provided plenty of towels. They even provided mini soaps and shampoos. I thought that was a nice touch. However, the house needs a lot of upkeep. The kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t use any of it because there were cockroaches everywhere. I advised management and hopefully they will take care of it.
