ZenDeck & Courtyard - King Room & Double Room - Pet Friendly - Across from Beach

Elevated sun deck "IN THE TREE TOPS" for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has private access via a fenced courtyard entry. There is a king bed in master bedroom and full size bed in second sleeping area. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately the length of a football field to be in the ocean and only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment!

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

Older unit but cozy

Really liked this place.. It is an older home but very clean and beds very comfortable!! The stairs going up to the home probably should be updated and also the deck but never had any issues with either. The deck was shaded by trees and loved hanging out there!! The lady that looks over the place was very friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay again..

Great location

Perfect size for my sister and I. Very close to the beach. A little bit of a hike to Bert’s and Center Street but we had no problems getting Ubers. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Folly

This place was great for two people- location, amenities, parking. The beds were super comfortable and just over 1/2 mile from the main road. Would liked to have had a later check out time, but the early time made us get up and get on the road quicker.

Very nice property!

Enjoyed our stay. Extremely comfy beds. Convenient for dog to be out on secured deck. A little far to walk to Main Street but one block from ocean. Would stay again.

Brief "Baby Moon" at the Beach

The location was great. The accommodations were cozy, and the patio was pleasant. It was just two of us, so the place was plenty big. Being a block away from beach access was great. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location

Enjoyed the house. The location is just a block from beach access. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The smaller bedroom can get loud since it is on a busy road. There wasn't central heat, but numerous space heaters kept the apartment very pleasant. The house was very clean.

Thanksgiving get away

One of the original Folly houses. Great location, super easy beach access! Cleaning Lady was extremely nice. Check in easy and straight forward. Had a great time.

Convenient to the beach and everything you need within blocks.

Comfortable setting and quick and easy access to anything. Close enough, and far away from crouds around the pier. Would highly recommend to a family.

Fun spring break trip

Property was exactly as described and perfect for spring break getaway with my 2 teens. A block to the beach and 15 minute walk to Bert’s market and restaurants. I appreciated the pre-trip communication letting me know what I needed to bring. Beach wasn’t crowded at all since we were a few blocks from the pier. Would stay here again!

Great location!

Super close to the beach but a little far from town to walk. Quiet place with a very nice deck and outdoor shower. Comfortable beds but the couch is not ideal. Takes dogs which is a big plus.
