Very bright and spacious house in the center of Coutainville, 3 minutes from all shops, beaches and golf (18 holes). You will enjoy a large south-east facing garden and parking for several cars.
First floor on basement:
The entrance gives access to a large living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen communicating with each other, French doors leading onto a balcony circling the house and access to the garden.
The through living room includes dining room, living room.
You will enjoy a room with a view of the racecourse and a bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs, the corridor leads to 3 beautiful, spacious and bright bedrooms.

Super week-end en famille dans une maison bien équipé et avec un super emplacement (mer et bourg hyper proche). Il est vrai qu'un rafraîchissement de la maison ne serait pas du luxe mais cela n'a pas pénaliser notre week-end (ps : contrairement à ce que certain disent il n'y a pas de nuisances sonores de la rue, qui est une rue moyennement passante. C'est une maison de ville mais qui reste très calme, aucune gêne constaté de notre côté).

A nice house with all amenities; it is well located, walking distance from the sea and all shops. You must know that it is on a busy road, so there will be quite some noise during the day. It would benefit from some renovation for the walls. On the plus sides, well equipped, nice light in the living room, and overall a good feeling of home away from home.

Du potentiel et 4 jours très agréables malgré certains petits désagréments..

Maisons 'vieillissante et vieillotte" des années années 70 avec tout de même un fort potentiel. Points négatifs : bruit incessant car maison sur une des rues principales du village, pas de double-vitrage, 2ème toilette dans une chambre , lave-vaisselle pas terrible et hippodrome au pied de la cour (alors week-end bruyant avec musique et groupes de jeunes)..., la balustrade en fer forgé serait à changer pour éviter un accident un jour... Points positifs : juste à côté du centre ville et de la mer (très plaisant), bon terrain avec table et chaises pour déjeuner à l'extérieur), belles pièces, maison pratique et parking pour largement trois voitures. Nous étions 7 + un chien et avons passé, malgré les points négatifs, quatre jours très agréables.

Une grande maison bien équipée avec un bel extérieur très agréable à vivre. S’il n’y avait les regroupements bruyants la nuit sur l’hippodrome (peut-être spécifique à une année atypique sur Coutainville pour l’ambiance et des chaleurs entraînant l’ouverture des fenêtres la nuit) et le dépose verre usagé tout serait parfait Gestion Agréable et efficace de Sandie
