About this property

New villa terrace and garden with trees

We offer you a private villa of 58 m2, new (end of works January 2020), located 3 minutes by car from the first shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, tobacco ...) and the beach of Calvi.

This rental consists of a bedroom with dressing room, a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, extractor hood) open to a spacious living room with dining area, and convertible sofa for two, '' a walk-in shower room with large sliding cupboards, separate wc with hand basin.
Outside, an additional room: utility room with washing machine and storage. The rental is fully equipped and air conditioned (bedroom and living room).

Sheets are provided. Free WIFI access.
Towels are provided on request at an additional cost (10 Euros per person for the duration of the stay).

Very bright, very bright villa, bay windows with electric shutters on kitchen, bedroom and living room, well located in a quiet area, pleasant wooded setting, private garden, sunny terrace with deckchairs and dining area, independent entrance, shaded private parking.

A welcome basket of local products will be offered to you upon arrival.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette superbe villa au calme. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée et le propriétaire est très sympa et prévenant. Il y a un parking devant la maison dans le terrain clôturé. Recommendable sans restrictions - nous avons passés des vacances magnifiques et inoubliables.
