This property is just as it was listed. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. It is just off of main streets so it is easy to get to Boise Town Square and to the connerctor into downtown and BSU.

This was a great property to base my explorations from. Close to downtown, the hospital, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The communication with the owners was great. I would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

We only had two nights in Boise and this was perfect. Close enough to the centre to easily meet our friends (and close enough for a cheap uber if you weren't driving), clean and spacious with big back garden area. Would have like washing facilities or at the least a washing line so we could hang out our hand rinsed clothes. Would recommend this place though to anyone staying in the area.

Darling Little Cottage…

My husband and I chose to have a kid free staycation and opted for a place with the comforts of home rather than a hotel. We are so glad we did! We rented this darling little cottage for an extended weekend. It is perfect for two people. It is close to everything and the bed is very comfortable. We have already started making plans and are looking forward to going back for another get away.

Family Friendly

This place was a breath of fresh air, literally, after staying in a smelly hotel before that. I was just the right size for me and my husband, our 2 little girls, and our baby. It's got an open floor plan so the kids could play while I made dinner. Staying there for a week was just what we needed and I loved every minute. I only wish there was a washer and dryer but not big deal.

Cute small space, nice option

This rental provided all that my family needed while visiting Boise to move our oldest to BSU. Bed was comfortable, pull out mattress was fine - you can feel the springs through it. Living room was very cute, comfortable and spacious. A/c was great. No shampoo or body soap provided in bathroom. Great full kitchen if cooking is desired. Our primary draw back was the neighborhood dogs who began barking between 6am-7am daily. I happened to speak with the owner who reached out to one of the neighbors which was appreciated. Obviously not something that can be controlled, but for light sleepers something to be aware of.

Vaca rental

We stayed here during our first time visit to Idaho. House was cute, and had kitchen, living room and tv, bedroom and a separate bathroom. A few things to note though: for one, I am a dog person and love dogs. The neighborhood dogs started barking during the week around 5/6 am for hours straight waking us up every single morning until we got use to it so note if you are a light sleeper. Although i wouldn’t have minded if it was during normal hours, it made it hard to sleep in. At night the dogs were quiet which was good, early early morning not so much. There was also not enough wash cloths as a girl to take her makeup off for a week, just two total i believe. There was a note saying only use the black wash cloth to take off makeup, but it made it hard to do that when there was only a single black one and no washing machine. So maybe add in a few more dark colored cloths and towels. Otherwise stay was good.

Old garage tranformed into cute little apartment. Comfy Queen bed and pullout couch in living room, reasonable little kitchenette (bring all of your own kitchen items), little corner bathroom, nice backyard with porch and grill (shared with other tenants in attached house), very small TV but lots to do around close so was not an issue for us. Photos of exterior seem a bit out of date. Overall great little apartment good for weekend and other short trips.

Excellent place to stay

The property is just as described. It is a converted garage, but looks great, clean and updated. Had a little issue with the heat ( because it got so cold at night) but Sean’s and Michelle came over late at night at took care of the problem. Would stay again!!
