This bright 3 bedroom house is located in Lacanau town, in the heart of the market town with walking access to the town centre, shops and the market on Saturday mornings. The freshwater lake is nearby as well as the forest and cycle paths. The beaches and the ocean are just a few kilometres away. <br><br>The house is composed of 3 bedrooms:<br>- a first bedroom with a double bed of 160 cms x 200 cms and cupboard.<br>- a second bedroom with a double bed of 140 cms x 200 cms and cupboard.<br>- a third bedroom with a double bed of 140 cms × 200cms and a single bed of 90 cms x 200 cms bunk bed, cupboard.<br>The dining room is equipped with a dining table with extension for 8 people. <br><br>Interior equipment: <br>Hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dishes, kitchen utensils, flat screen TV, free WIFI.<br><br>Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility of rental as an option for 10 euros per person per stay. <br>An inventory of fixtures will be carried out before and after the keys are handed over and the deposit of 500 euros will be returned at the time of check-out if no damage is noted.
