This classic South Carolina oceanfront home is one block from the beach, six blocks from Center Street, and just nine miles from Charleston! Inside, an open-concept floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light work to extend the space of the beautifully furnished living area. The main bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs from the main living area, and two bedrooms open to the main living area. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom on the main living level. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to enjoy a nice glass of wine with glimpses of the Atlantic. Enjoy plenty of outdoor relaxation with the screened porch and private decks.

Center Street, one mile away, has all kinds of great restaurants and shops. Check out gems like Rita’s Seaside Grille, Loggerhead’s Beach Grille, and Woody’s Pizza. You'll also find surf shops like Mc Kelvlin’s Surf Shop and Sun & Ski Beach Services for surfboard rentals and repairs. Head out to Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve to bike or walk to the beautiful Morris Island Lighthouse for a small donation. PERFECTION

The house was wonderful. One block from the crosswalk to the beach and on a dead end street so no street traffic. The view from the top deck was spectacular. Close to bars and dining.

Great place.

Spacious, well appointed, modern appliances, clean, it has what it takes for a great vacation. Loved the top deck at happy hour and sunset. Sitting rooms are a nice touch and very comfortable. Outdoor shower was convenient and a plus. Wish we could have used the elevator (recovering from an accident) but no big deal. Quick walk to a nice beach. Overall? Very nice.
