Enjoy a well deserved vacation at this Water Front Resort. Your 1 Br condo is just across the street from the famous Newport Lobster Seaport and Harbor and is a 2 minute walk to downtown Newport!.

In the Master you have a king size bed, Large flatscreen HD TV and the Master bath has a very large Jacuzzi Tub with shower. The Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Large flatscreen HD TV. Your condo is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator/Freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included, flatware, glassware and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.

The grounds have plenty to do with a fitness center, BBQ grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more. With only minutes to downtown Newport, you can take in all of the sights that makes this such a fantastic water town, from the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. Mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and a huge selection of restaurants and shops.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The resort pool will be undergoing renovation from Mar. 8, 2024, through Aug. 12 , 2024, for renovation. During this time, renovations are also being done to the exterior Main building.


At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate.
