Nestled in a picturesque cul-de-sac on the Newport/ Middletown line, and comfortably accommodating 4 adult guests and 2 children, you’ll find the Cottage at Restmere, South. Convenient to everything that Newport has to offer, as well as Middletown’s stunning beaches, this location can’t be beat. Features include all new furniture and mattresses, eat in kitchen with granite, plenty of outdoor space, off street parking for 2 cars, and central A/C. The deck creates the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee, or a cold beverage in the evening after a stroll on Cliff Walk. Beautifully landscaped and central to beaches and shopping. High quality furnishings with a deck and a lovely private backyard.

The space: This condo is designed to make you feel at home. Upon entering the South unit, you will be welcomed by a spacious, comfortable living room and tasteful beachy decor. A sofa bed along the East wall allows for a very comfortable movie spot, and then provides 2 separate twin sized beds. The 55” television above the decorative fireplace has full live TV via the YouTube TV app, and allows you to sign into any of your preferred streaming services. The upgraded eat-in kitchen provides seating for 4 and is fully equipped with a Keurig, coffee pods, and all basic cooking needs. Down the hall you’ll find a “Jack and Jill” bathroom that connects to the master bedroom. The bedrooms are alike in size and boast queen beds with Serta mattresses. The back door to the cottage is off of the kitchen and leads to the deck that is complete with brand new, comfortable furniture and is shared with the North cottage next door. Although both of the property's "cottages" are adjoining, they are separated by a foyer, basement stairwell, and a rear hallway to allow for your privacy and quiet enjoyment. *all furnishings are brand new as of July 2021*

Location: The cottages at Restmere are located on a cul-de-sac on the Newport/Middletown line that can only be described as serene. This location is perfect for those travelers that are looking to enjoy all that Newport has to offer but appreciate a safe and quiet place to come home to. It is located just minutes from the Newport bridge, the beaches, vineyards, downtown Newport, and the trendy and bustling restaurant scene on Broadway. Also close by are grocery stores (Shaws, Stop & Shop, BJ’s), liquor store, deli, gas station, coffee shops, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and laundromat.

Other things to note: I provide linens, towels, hotel size shampoo and body wash, K cups and tea for the Keurig, basic cooking supplies, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc. I ask that you bring your own beach towels.

*If availability allows, large groups can book the “North” cottage as well to sleep 12 total with parking for 4 cars.
