Logan Springs Ranch - 142 Acres with Lake, Ponds and Trails

Logan Springs Ranch is 142 acres of trees, trails, creeks and springs. A beautiful property for hiking, fishing or just relaxing. There is NO hunting allowed on this property. The 2140 sq. ft. home sits on top of hill overlooking a 5 acre lake. The back deck and screened in porch offer wonderful views of the lake and property. Lake and 2 ponds for catch and release fishing. Trails throughout the property are great for hiking and exploring.

Two kayaks, pedal boat, and two person bass boat with trolling motor, along with life vests, are available for use.

Seldom do you find a property that offers access to 142 wooded acres with trails for hiking and a lake for fishing. The house was recently remodeled with all new appliances and top of the line finishes. It has two master bedrooms, each with a private bath and very comfortable king size beds. The sunroom has two sleeper sofas for extra guests. There are two big screen TVs so you can watch the game while the children watch cartoons. The covered deck allows BBQ in all weather and the screened in porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. There is a plant nearby that at times will have some level of noise. We have no control when those times are. You cannot hear it inside the house.

Wi-fi is available but may be slow. Service quality varies depending on the provider; Verizon works best. There is a land phone line with unlimited long distance to ensure reliable communication.

Deposit:
Very sorry for the deposit requirement. Due to some past issues, we had to implement that policy. The cleaning fee is for the house interior only. The deposit includes the exterior. We want to refund your deposit, so please return boats, life vests and kayaks to their correct stored location, put boat covers back on boats, no outside litter, no trash left on dock, in general follow the instructions in the booklet left for you and return the location to the way you found it please. Thank you very much for your understanding and support to keep the ranch nice for the next guests.

You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of boats and kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the boats and kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the boats and kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of boats and kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the boats and kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the boats and kayaks. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
