This 14 sqm studio, located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a bourgeois residence in the heart of Cannes, offers an excellent starting point for exploring the city on foot. Just a 3-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and La Croisette, less than 5 minutes from the SNCF train station, and with all shops and services at the foot of the building (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bank, public transport), it is ideal for business trips, romantic getaways, or solo trips.
A practical and comfortable layout
The studio consists of a bright living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm) that can accommodate two people, a large storage cabinet, and a fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishes, and utensils. A mezzanine (low ceiling) with a double bed (160 cm) completes the sleeping area, allowing for separate sleeping arrangements and maximizing space.
The modern and perfectly appointed bathroom includes a shower and toilet.

Studio palais

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour car le studio est idéalement placé dans cannes ! Par ailleurs la propreté pourrait être mieux et le logement est vraiment petit... pour 4 cela doit être compliqué. Mais nous avons quand même profiter de cannes grâce au studio
