opposite a restaurant facing the sea.

This villa can accommodate 4 to 6 people thanks to its outbuilding the bungalow "Alexia". Modern style
on 2 levels. Broadband WiFi.
On the ground floor a large terrace with outdoor lounge and massive dining table.

Two very large sliding wooden bays overlooking the American kitchen equipped with a large fridge
freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, 2 gas hobs with hood, double sink and sound
huge bar island in pink marble. Teak storage furniture in a large vital space. Behind the kitchen a utility room with
storage and washing machine then sink, mirror and bathroom toilet.
Separated by a waxed concrete wall on
daybed with its TV.
Very high ceilings with 2 large ceiling fans keep this room well ventilated thanks to
on the bars and mosquito nets windows.
Upstairs 2 large bedrooms with king size teak beds equipped with
night tables and storage unit and armchair. In each bedroom ceiling fan, closet and bathroom with mirror sink, toilet and
hot water shower.
Then another terrace overlooking the sea view from the rooms and allowing you to admire the sunset

Perfect seasideretreat

Our stay was a family with 13-88 year olds. The guest house and pool made the villa feel huge and offered a very comfortable, very beautiful seaside vacation. The area is quiet, avoiding the backpacker party scene of Phuket but enjoying the best of the islands and ocean. Also because we had an 88 y.o. we wanted to minimize covid exposure at a typical resort. This home was perfect. We could get to Ao Nang and enjoy night markets, restaurants & shopping in just a few minutes. Krabi was about 30 minutes away and worth the trip! There's a cute night market with great food stalls & entertainment on the weekend. I wish I had had more time to explore the coastal villages north of the villa as well. There are several beaches and resorts that we didn't have time to get to. The area is a rural town with beach. You can walk to the beach -- maybe a kilometer or so. There are coffee shops and restaurant at the beach and we took booked a long tail boat for a beautiful day trip to the Hong Island's that left from the beach. When the sand and tides were right, there were tide pools south of the beach. We did not have time to see a quarter of all the things we could have done in the area. However, the villa was so inviting and comfortable that we really ejoyed just hanging out at home. The hosts added a plunge pool this summer. It is the only thing that could have made the even home better. It the mornings, we would walk to the beach, see the tidepools, have coffee or guava with chili salt. Then we would walk home, playing with the shy grass and cool off in the pool before going on an excursion in the afternoon. The house is a gem. The high ceilings have fans and the whole front of the house opens up with big sliding doors. The upper rooms have solor screens and tinted windows and the interior stairwell works as a chimney for hot air so you can open up the front of the house and turn the ceiling fans and open up the doors and windows upstairs and the hot air will be pulled up and out keeping the family space below deliciious - esp. with dips in the pool. We loved sitting on the veranda and watching the geckos and bats eat bugs while the ocean breezes cooled us off. We could hear the free range cows lowing and the kids like finding coconuts, bananas and guppies in the water lily containers. The host had a driver meet us at the airport and the driver took us all over during our stay. He had great recommendations for activities and restaurants and was so nice.

Lovely Villa in a private setting

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Lovely location, up a long a drive way, at the end. Makes it extremely private. Layout of the house is ideal - focus on outside dining and entertaining around / next too the pool. Very sociable layout. Each bedroom (two upstairs) had their own ensuite bathroom. There was a separate cottage on the ground floor overlooking the pool which we didn’t use but had.lovely views over the pool. Had a few a few things to do at the villa - darts / table tennis but we chose mostly to swim in the evening. Sebastian also arranged a boat tour for us which we enjoyed. Location was close enough to Krabi town as it wasn’t a far drive. Local beach was within walking distance (few minutes away) but better when tide in high other wise it’s very shallow. Villa had everything we needed to cook and there was also a BBQ, there are two neighbourhood cats that’s popped in from time to time which was lovely ! Villa is idea for larger families or a group of friends !

Great place for a retreat

We came here for a few days for a retreat and it was a great house for it. Plenty of meeting spaces inside and outside. There is construction across the street for a new hotel hindering beach access but there were a few cute restaurants about a 10 minute walk away that also had beach access.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte ein paar kleinere Töpfe haben, aber insgesamt war alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Der Kontakt mit Sebastian jedesmal sehr schnell und total unkompliziert. Sehr nett. Er hat auch den Transport vom Flughafen organisiert und auf dem Weg zum Haus konnten wir gleich Einkäufe machen. Mit Baby war das ideal. Es liegen 2 schöne Restaurants fussläufig in der Nähe, für alles andere braucht man aber einen Roller.

Great vacation

The house was amazing, very private with an amazing pool! Sebastian was extremely helpful setting us up with a boat captain and pointing us in the right direction for all our needs! I would recommend this property for anyone who likes their privacy, but with quick access to beaches and restaurants. Thank You Sebastion.

Thailand naturverbunden und ursprünglich

Die Villa hat eine super Lage. Man ist nicht im Trubel, hat trotzdem alles, was man braucht, vor der Haustür: Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und durch Mückengitter an allen Fenstern gegen unliebsame Eindringlinge geschützt. Man hat zwei sehr schöne Strände zur Auswahl, die in keiner Weise überlaufen sondern angenehm einsam sind. Die Vermieter sind nett und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Grund, warum ich bei der Genauigkeit des Inserats nur 4 Sterne verliehen habe, ist, dass der angekündigte Meerblick wesentlich geringer ist als ich mir vom Inserat her vorgestellt habe. Das lag aber nicht an der Übertreibung des Vermieters sondern daran, dass Bäume gewachsen sind und den ursprünglich vorhandenen Meerblick eingeschränkt haben. Fazit: Die Villa ist sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswer!

Super villa, super hôte !

Maison Belle villa à proximité de la plage (150m) avec un beau jardin rempli d’espèces végétales variées. Cuisine tout équipée pour le petit déjeuner et pour les repas si vous souhaitez cuisiner. Mais franchement mieux vaut sortir goûter la cuisine thaï dans les nombreux restaurants en bord de plage ou au village (5 min de scooter ou voiture ou taxi). Il est possible de louer le bungalow qui se trouve dans le jardin. Chambre climatisée avec 2 lits simples et salle de bain également. Mais le super + de la villa c’est son hôte Sébastien qui est très disponible et qui a réponse à toutes vos questions. Toutes les activités proposées autour de la villa auxquelles nous avons participé sont tops : cours de cuisine, sortie plongées à la journée, sortie dans les îles en long tail boat ou speed boat, sanctuaire des éléphants, escalade. La villa est idéale pour passer une semaine à combiner repos sur une belle plage pas trop fréquentée et activités pour découvrir la Thaïlande autour de Krabi, Ao-Nang et surtout toute la baie de Phang-nga. Et je me répète, mais c'était un tel confort, laisser vous guider par Sébastien les yeux fermés si vous avez une question ou un doute, quel qu'il soit pendant votre séjour.

La description de la location correspondait parfaitement. La maison était très propre et très bien entretenue. Le propriétaire nous a organisé nos excursions à la perfection. Nous a rendu un service énorme. Il nous a conseillé une cantine de très bonne qualité à un prix léger. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Maison formidable et propriétaire aux petits soins

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille dans la maison de Sébastien. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. La maison est vaste, moderne et propre, à 1 mn à pied de la plage et d'un super restaurant. Sébastien a été d'une très grande aide pendant tout le séjour, en nous donnant des conseils pour organiser nos excursions. Il connaît par ailleurs beaucoup de monde sur place et a pu nous obtenir des tarifs très intéressants. Je recommande vivement cette location : vous passerez des vacances extraordinaires!

Vacances de rêve

Super séjour dans une maison spacieuse et moderne! Le plus: elle se situe à 150 mètres d'une plage fréquentée par très peu de monde! On y trouve d'ailleurs un restaurant où vous pourrez apprécier des plats thaïlandais délicieux. Les propriétaires de la maison sont très sympas et disponibles pour donner des idées d'excursions et des bons plans. Bref, j'y retourne des que je possible!

Séjour parfait

La maison, très spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée et confortable est très bien située , dans un environnement très calme, près de nombreuses plages; une petite plage magnifique à 150 m , avec un très bon restaurant, pas cher, permet notamment de passer de très agréables moments . Le propriétaire de la maison et son épouse sont charmants et toujours disponibles pour vous aider ou vous prodiguer de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement cette location!
