Step into Casa de la Fuente after passing through the Zen-like, private entry courtyard to the sound of the gentle indoor fountain. No detail has been overlooked in this meticulously appointed custom villa with its neutral tones, natural materials and understated decor. The living room, dining room and three bedrooms feature expansive, floor-to-ceiling Peruvian wood pocket doors that allow the walls to completely disappear—instantly blurring the line between inside and out. The laid-back ambiance is further enhanced by a curated collection of contemporary art. The primary suite, two secondary suites and private casita feature large flat screen TVs, daybeds and ultra-luxurious bedding. En-suite marble bathrooms feature skylights, toiletries and fluffy towels.

The fully-appointed, gourmet kitchen is the perfect entertainer’s hub for the expansive split-level living and dining areas which both take advantage of the unique indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Create your personalized sound-track from your smartphone with the Sonos interior and exterior sound system.

The expansive primary suite offers awe-inspiring views; a private seating area with a day bed and a double-sink bath with oversized spa tub, shower and large walk-in closet. Both of the villa's two, unique, mini-suites feature king-sized beds, skylit en-suite baths, and romantic private courtyards in which to enjoy morning coffee or a nightcap. Need more privacy? A secluded casita is entered through the main courtyard and features two twin beds, a conversation nook, and an en-suite bath. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The grassy backyard features a new, fully-equipped dining pavillion under an Palo de Arco pergola, plush, oversized lounges, a dramatic outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings and a spectacular, heated, Venetian-glass tiled pool with breathtaking views.

Located within the prestigious, guard-gated community of Cabo del Sol, you're ideally located just seven minutes from the nightlife, shopping, and excitement of Cabo San Lucas, while the quaint, artsy charm and abundant restaurants of San Jose is only 12 minutes north. You are surrounded by the area’s most desirable and best-maintained swimming beaches of Santa Maria and Chileno Bay. Your attentive host will greet you to orient you to all the casa’s amenities, help with any questions or arrangements you need and ensure that your stay at Casa de la Fuente is only the first of many to come. 1. The pool is NOT HEATED. A $100usd per day fee is required to have the pool heated (3 consecutive day period minimum). This must be PAID IN CASH while in residence. Casa de la Fuente is not responsible for your actions in and around the pool area, parents must attend to children at all times in or near the pool area.

2. As a rule we consider check in at 4:00P.M. & out at 10:00A.M. but, we can be flexible with the time if we do not receive other guests on the same day.

3. It is expected to deliver the property in the same condition as received.

4. Guests are liable for any damage or loss that occurs while in residence.

5. You will be given a set of keys to external doors, if any loss please report it immediately to your host to be replaced. And there will be a charge of $65usd for the replacement.

6. Our neighbourhood is pretty quiet, so it is recommended to be considerate of the neighbors. The community has Security that enforces quiet time from 10:00P.M. - 8:00A.M.

7. Visitors are allowed and are the responsibility of the guests.

8. Smoking is permitted on the outside, there is a nice terrace for that.

9. In case of violation of any rule(s) or conduct of the HOA Rules & Mexican Law, Casa de la Fuente has the right to suspend services and ask the guest(s) to leave the property.

10. 21+ is the recommended age for reservations.
