Beautiful condo and great location! This house was large with lovely rooms and spacious bathrooms. The patio is huge! The pool and beach area are gorgeous. The staff here are helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this property enough and I hope to stay here again. Mike was very helpful getting me in touch with Armando who coordinated all our groceries and activities. We went to town/marina multiple times and always felt very safe. The desert spa was simply amazing at this facility - I went for different treatments everyday. My children are teenagers and they enjoyed themselves very much as well. We purchased some boogie boards and googles from the hotel store and that was all they needed to have a great time. Pedro, the pool bartender, was the favorite of my older children. They also enjoyed the snorkeling and jet skis, which were close walking distance down the beach from the resort.

We have stayed at Villa La Estancia 5 times over the last 15 years and this condo was the best location by far! It was SO convenient to the pool. Another bonus, the patio is somewhat shaded in the morning for drinking coffee and completely shaded in the afternoon! AC worked well. Matt, the host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the TV.

Beautiful place to rest and renew with our family of ten. It was Paradise! Plenty of room for everyone. Comfy & clean. We loved the ground floor with toddlers…steps away from the pool and beach. so easy to enjoy all of the amenities. The quieter family atmosphere of the Estancia resort was perfect for us. The added on all inclusive was a huge plus, especially enjoyed the drinks by the pool. The restaurants at estancia, palmar, and arco were great. We loved this place and hope to return one day.

This is the second time staying at La Estancia. Being on the first floor was awesome. Easy access to the pool and beach. We love the layout of the rooms. We have recommended and will continue to recommend this resort to all of our family and friends.

Beautiful resort and room

The unit was very clean, updated, comfortable and location was perfect! Enjoyed the porch with pool and ocean. Just a few steps to the pool. Proximity to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants was great. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Location

Great location for families of all sizes! We had ages 3-75 and all had plenty of room to spread out as needed. Pool access is superb! Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for whatever we needed! Plenty of pool supplies as well!

Exceeded expectations !

Absolute perfect location for friends 50th bday celebration! 3 bedroom condo is steps from the pool and ocean (which we swam in everyday). Perilla restaurant poolside has the best drinks and Mexican food choices. Are at the other nice restaurant on our last evening and it was a 4 star experience from start to finish! Super chill and quiet…no music at the pools. No complaints from any of us about the relaxed atmosphere.Will definitely be back!

Excellent location

This was our 4th trip to villa La Estancia and first stay at villa 3103. The location was great. Easy in an out to the pool and beach area . The villa was clean and the housekeeping was top notch. I would highly recommend for a family trip.

Estancia Stay

Another great time in Cabo - we have stayed at Estancia many times and enjoyed this 3 bdrm unit and the ease of the ground floor unit. Ourselves and another family took our HS graduate daughters on their Senior trip and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything met our expectations and the unit description is spot on. We’ll be back!
