This home offers exposed brick living and entertainment space, and the convenience of a 3-story elevator. The recently updated property offers 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, that can easily accommodate 10 guests.

The lower level of this beautiful home offers private suite that includes a luxurious queen bed, full bath, wall-mounted television, kitchenette, and plenty of seating space.

Take the elevator or stairs to the second level to enjoy the open, gorgeous living area. This level includes the dining space, gourmet kitchen, and 1/2 bath. In addition to the stunning dining room table that seats 14, there is also a breakfast nook and bar area to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

Take the elevator or stairs to the third level to find three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have additional luxurious queen beds, and one bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds. One bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom, and there is also an additional full bathroom on this level. All bedrooms have plenty of room to store your personal items. This level also includes a conveniently placed laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Finally, take the stairs to the top level where you will find a cozy loft. There's yet another luxurious queen bed, seating area, kitchenette, full bath, and a gorgeous skylight. You may never want to leave this little slice of heaven!

Outside there is a brick walled courtyard with center garden and fountain. There's also a deck with a roomy seating area and gas grill.

Our visitors will love the convenience this home offers to Rupp Arena, Transylvania University, downtown restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and historical landmarks like the Mary Todd Lincoln house. A short drive will get you to Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail, the Brewgrass Trail, the Kentucky Horse Park, and The Ashland Estate. The Lexington Visitor’s Center is a seven minute walk from the house ( http://www.visitlex.com/ ) where you can find maps, tour tickets, and information on all the activities you might be interested in.

Great property ! Great Location !

This property is awesome !!! 4 couples weekend at Keeneland. Walking distance downtown. Home was clean and decorated very nice. WE are hoping to rent again next April.

Great stay

Gregory’s place offered what I would consider a rare balance between being beautifully decorated and yet feeling comfortable and accessible. We have often been frustrated by rentals in the area having less than the bare minimum, This place restored our faith. It was extremely well stocked. I still don’t understand how the parking permit works because it seems like other people would be able to park out front on the weekend, but we had no trouble and were parking on a parade day, and the garage was also very convenient. all in all this is an excellent place and an excellent location. The only drawback is that Broadway is loud, the house is right on it. Anywhere in downtown Lexington is very loud because of motorcycles and ambulances, But a lot of the through traffic is on Broadway. I woke up a lot at night even with earplugs in. But for some people this is a non-issue. I would recommend this rental to anyone apart from that issue.

Great house in great location!

Lovely house with great decor. Just like the photos! We could walk to shops, restaurants and bars plus a nice park. Gregory was great, we had WiFi problem and he came to fix it right away. Would go back for sure

Family and friends weekend for Kentucky football game

This house is spectacular and that does not even come close to describing this home! Fantastic location, tons of room, beautifully decorated! We will definitely book through this owner for all of our upcoming trips!
