Located in heart of Downtown within walking distance or 1 minute uber drive of Downtown, Restaurants and Rupp Arena. Short Drive to Horse Park, Keeneland and Distillery District. One block to the right is Martine's Bakery (very popular) and a little futher walk is the DV8 (very hip) Kitchen and other coffee shops. A little further walk and there is Warehouse Block (with Mexican, Italian and Eppings Restaurant (Fine Dining)). Short walk or drive to the left, is Lyric Theatre and Breakfast Cafe. Perfect location for seeing all that Lexington has to offer!

Beautiful and close to everything.

Two couples in town for a football game. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Plenty of space for the four of us.

Nice House

Lovely updated house with a fantastic backyard. We loved sitting outside and drinking coffee. The area had some very cute cafes and breweries that we also enjoyed. The area is gentrifying and so is a little tired but we never were worried about anything. Our dog stayed with us and he loved exploring the back patio.

Great Reno

This was a beautiful property inside. Worked out very well for the two of us. It is close to town and everything was easily accessible. It was great having the garage.
