Our host was very communicative, friendly, and available. The bed and bedding were perfect for us. Definitely recommend. Clean, secure, and a great neighborhood for restaurants.

This is a quiet, secure, clean, and comfortable place to stay that's centrally located in an area with great restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen well-appointed. There's a washer, but no dryer in the unit, though there is one in the complex. We found it just as easy to air-dry our clothes during our week's stay. When you first arrive, you'll need to park your car on the street if you have a car. Then follow the great instructions and you'll get the garage gate opener where you can park your car and take the elevator up. This is a great place with everything you need for a great trip.

We had an excellent experience at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was the perfect spot for us as it is extremely close to Pasadena. We came from San Diego to volunteer to work on the rose bowl parade float for the San Diego Zoo Safari Park float. I would definitely stay here again!

PROS: Convenient location, nice kitchen and bathrooms, secure parking, relatively quiet neighborhood. CONS: Disturbing water hammer issues, bedroom cluttered with furniture made moving around it difficult if not hazardous. Not much living room space or furniture: comfortable for 2 people but not sufficient for more than that or with kids.

Wow, what can I say and where do I start? The property was amazing. The parking was amazing. Everything was amazing. If I need to go back to that area for anything, I would definitely stay there again. The property had everything I needed and more. It was very comfortable and spacious and it was like home. Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.
This was our second time staying at Rita’s place, it was just as we remembered. Absolutely amazing, it has everything we needed!
