Bel appartement bien situé.

Cet appartement possède tout le confort recherché. Par contre nous étions contrariées de devoir chercher et ramener à l agence les draps et serviettes. D autant plus que nous n étions pas véhiculées et que notre logement était à 1 km. Je n ai jamais vu cela auparavant. Lorsque nous louons habituellement un logement les draps sont déjà dans le logement.

Madame, je vous remercie pour l'avis déposé. Je suis tout à fait désolée du transport du linge que vous avez dû effectué. Je pense qu'il y a eu une mauvaise compréhension avec les personnes du service locations. En effet pour tous les clients qui nous informent de leur arrivée en train, les gestionnaires déposent le linge dans l'appartement avant 16 h, et au départ le linge doit rester dans l'appartement et ce sont les femmes de ménages qui nous le rapportent, car elles le mettent dans des sacs prêts à partir à la lingerie.
