Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

Condo Notice: Our condo association has a planned property project schedule for Oct. 2026 - Dec.2026. There is a possibility that this could push into Jan. 2027. We anticipate workers being on property, but not inside condos, during the weekdays, from 7am to 7pm. Noisy work is permitted from 8am to 6pm. There will not be any work on weekends, nor Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve though New Year's Day)

If you are looking for a vibrant 3rd Floor Balcony Suite Plus, then look no further. This condo is just peachy, it has the advantage of the queen Murphy bed in the living room area. Even though there is a king bed in the private bedroom, many guests opt to sleep on the queen Murphy bed so that they can wake up to the sunrise on the ocean front. Kick up your feet as your relax in the recliner or with the ottoman. Enjoy the large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen and a lovely kitchen table. The bathroom has been repainted in a lovely yellow and has the tub. The private bedroom has the comfortable King size bed and tile throughout this condo keeps things clean and tidy. If you are looking for some Florida warmth, you'll find it in Condo #324. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Incredibly convenient location on a beach that was never packed. View from the balcony was amazing. Shay in housekeeping was especially accommodating and pleasant!

We would suggest a more comfortable mattress, or at least a mattress topper to make it more comfortable, a better shelf or shower caddy in the shower, and a higher and more comfortable recliner.

Not smoke free!!

Everything was as expected, basic amenities plus what we came for: beautiful view of dunes and great beach! BUT property is advertised as smoke free and our unit reeked of decades of past smokers. An air purifier was running when we arrived but not effective. I wouldn’t chose this unit again but Beachers? Yes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great stay for our family of four with two young kids. The condo was an easy drive to St. Augustine. Patios with great view, beach access, and the pool was a bonus for us. The front desk staff was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and well kept with minor things that could use some update. We had a great stay and. I complains but would like to leave a note that while the unit is a nice size and can sleep 4-6, it may feel a bit crowded if you plan to stay in a lot (we spent most of our time in the city). The bathtub is on a smaller size. You may have a difficult time showering if you are taller than 5’6. But if that doesn’t bother you, it’s a decent bathroom. Overall a good stay, especially at the price we paid for the unit.

However room 324 was listed as Gold and did not meet this rating. The room was basic, not updated, lacked decor, tv didn’t work for Netflix or anything beyond 13 basic channels. I recommend changing room rating to bronze and charge appropriately. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

I'm so glad we did because it gave us perspective on the difference between Balcony Suite, and Balcony Plus Suite. We really loved the extra room. It was very clean, and the king bed was very comfortable. My husband loved the recliner, which you rarely find in a rental. We loved it so much that we went ahead and booked it again for next year. One little issue though, the bathroom vanity is very small and no drawers to put things. I improvised and set up the ironing board to put our toiletries on. ☺️. The staff was so nice and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Beacher’s Lodge. The location is great and right on the beach. It’s close enough to downtown St. A but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and lack of busy traffic noise. Our unit was very nice, very spacious. It had a recliner, which was great for my husband! We didn’t prepare any meals there but the kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need, except spices and S & P. There is a laundry facility on site but not in the unit itself. The TV in the bedroom was a pain to use because it didn’t have traditional cable, only streaming, which we’re not fans of but not a deal breaker. We highly recommend staying at Beacher’s Lodge. This will be our go-to place whenever we return to St. A.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it is fine. The Murphy bed legs were broken so as an adult we did not feel comfortable using it. Maybe there should be instructions and weight limits for use. Outdoor balcony furniture could use an update. Cushions were absorbing the moisture so couldn’t sit on which was very disappointing. Would recommend a vacuum be used when cleaning as well as a mop.
