About this property
Montalbano House: Welcome!
The villa is in a classic style, surrounded by a garden, of which a good part is intended also for guests. There is also the possibility to use our pool for non-exclusive use from mid-June to September.
The apartment, located in the southern part of the villa and the exclusive use of guests, is very large and spacious: cool in summer and warm and cozy in winter. Originally a tavern completely renovated, spacious living room and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. There is also an outdoor courtyard for guests.
Very hospitable and always available for better living.
Located in the most 'quiet and residential, the apartment is 10 minutes from the nearest beach and 10 minutes from the Turkish Steps.
Reach the harbor of Porto Empedocle, where you can find the best fish of Lampedusa and Linosa arriving daily, it is very simple (only 3 minutes). Visit the Tower of Charles V, the statue of Inspector Montalbano and taste the dishes is really a 'unforgettable experience. The town is very quaint and you will also find many pastry shops and bakeries of good quality!
Only 8 km and finally the magnificent magical Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.

Montalbano
Leuk appartement, fijn dat er een zwembad bij is. Schoon en netjes. Enige nadeel was het feit dat het lastig was om lopend naar restaurants te gaan, omdat dat alleen mogelijk was over de ‘statale’ met veel verkeer. Maar we hebben ons hier goed vermaakt.

Appartement en sous-sol
Bien que l'appartement soit très propre et vaste, celui-ci est situé en sous-sol une vingtaine de marche à descendre et à remonter ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Malheureusement pas de climatisation les nuits étaient chaudes. Petites fenêtres genre soupirail dans la chambre. Pas de ventilation dans les WC salle-d'eau donc les odeurs. Point positif la piscine. Le parking est situé à une trentaine de mettre sur une petite place donc ne riens laisser dans la voiture. A déconseiller à des personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher.

We stayed in this lovely unit for 3 days and found it very comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet and convenient. The owner Mary spoke good English and was happy to give us advise on the surrounding area to visit. Highly recommend.

Lovely appartment, well equipped, great hospitality
Thanks Maria for the lovely stay at your house and making us feeling at home and which a ideally located flat to explore Agrigent and surroundings.
Flat is super clean and well maintained, located at basement but with lot of sunlight by large windows. Despite 'cool' location nights had been pretty warm, provided fans not fully sufficient at hot days. Apart from that very nice stay and can be warmly recommended.
