This warm house offers on the ground floor a large living space with exposed beams. Comfortable and practical, it includes a cosy lounge area with armchairs and 2 sofas, a dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
On the first floor, two comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140 bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds of 90), equipped with well-designed storage space, will allow you to rest effectively. The large bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a double sink and a WC completes this level.
Outside, a private garden and its sunny terrace await you for moments of relaxation.

Access to the port of Larmor-Baden, situated on the other side of the cove, is easily reached by bike or car. Thanks to its landing stage, you can board the shuttle boats for a cruise on the Gulf of Morbihan, discovering its multitude of islands, including the Île aux Moines and the Île d'Arz. It is also a well-known place for sea kayaking enthusiasts as it is very functional for launching. Baden, situated in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, is the ideal base for also discovering the towns of Auray and Vannes and the sublime Bay of Quiberon (Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Plouharnel).

Maison ancienne bien rénovée tout en gardant ses caractéristiques dans un quartier calme où nous avons passé une semaine agréable. Partie cuisine moderne où rien ne manque. Grande salle à manger suivie d'un salon spacieux. A l'étage deux chambres spacieuses avec lits confortables et grande salle de bain comprenant douche/baignoire/bidet/lavabos doubles vasques et wc. Une maison agréable et très propre où il fait bon vivre à côté d'une jolie chapelle du XIIIème siècle.Petit jardin bien entretenu avec terrasse et vue sur la mer très proche.Les quelques points négatifs : pas de wc au rez-de-chaussée, portes des chambres et entrée à l'étage qui ferment mal, chaises longues inconfortables et difficiles à rouvrir, pas de commerces de proximité il faut absolument une voiture. Contact et accueil très agréables de la part de Béatrice de la conciergerie du Morbihan.
Second séjour familial dans cette maison à proximité de la plage et dans un charmant hameau de Baden.
Seul bémol : la location obligatoire des draps avec certaines dimensions inadaptées (déjà signalé lors de notre premier séjour).
