Large 4 bedroom home (one converted to TV room with a sofa) with view of two bridges and Berkeley and Oakland Bay hills and easy walk to College Avenue with its many restaurants, shops and library. Lovely garden with hot tub, gas barbeque, and patio with table and chairs. Lots of books, CD's. DVD's. ROKU with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Interesting eclectic art collection. Very large separate downstairs office with sofa, desk, and chairs. More photos on request.
