Perfect weekend away

This spot was perfect for my friends Bachelorette. Having everything so close, but not be in the middle of all the crowds was amazing. The area was so fun to explore. Tyra was so great and really made sure we were set for our weekend. I would definitely recommend and may book again if we come back to Nashville!!

Relaxing vacation getaway

Beautiful modern condo with all the necessary amenities. It was close to Broadway and everything that you wanted to see in Nashville was a short Uber away or a moderate walk. The hosts were gracious and responsive and the building was well maintained and secure. This was our second time staying with these hosts and we would definitely do so again.

We only stayed one night and really enjoyed our stay. Nice touch with the record player and Johnny Cash album! The unit is well equipped and beds comfy. We walked to downtown too. Great location! We will recommend to our friends.

Concert get away

This condo was wonderful and Tyra was amazing! The weather wasn’t great for the pool but we would have used it! In walking distance of so many locations and quick Uber rides as well! Would stay again!!!

Awesome stay!

Beautiful clean condo, great location! Well appointed, loved having the keurig, coffee pods & we appreciated the to-go cups! The pool was great & warm and we loved having a parking spot. We also used the washer/dryer, so convenient! We used Uber to go back & forth to Broadway, they were quick easy trips. There was nothing this condo didn't have! It was our first trip to Nashville and it was amazing! We hope to stay again soon!! Thank you!

Great condo! Great location! Great host!

The hosts were very responsive from beginning to end. They answered all my questions. We had a little issue that they resolved right away. Even better, they accommodated us when our flight was delayed and we needed an extra night. The condo is in a great location. It is a very safe area.—Walkable to many restaurants and sights around town. It is an easy Uber/Lyft to Broadway It's We weren’t able to use the pool as the weather was bad. But we used the wonderful workout room which was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this condo and host. I would definitely stay there again.

Better than expected!!

What a wonderful place!! My family and I had a wonderful time. We slept well, the beds were comfy and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets which was great as my 18 year old slept in the pull out in the living room. . The condo was clean and orderly. It had everything we needed! Our host Tyra could NOT have been more accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. She was extremely responsive if I had any questions. This condo is just minutes from all of the hot spots. We rented a car and it was so convenient that we had access to the parking garage at the condo. The pool was great to have although on Labor Day weekend it had a lot of adults in the pool so we didn’t feel right about having our 10 year old out there. It’s a lovely pool though and we would try to go in the evening when it wasn’t so crowded. It’s a great building to stay at with great hosts! All in all we would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you again Tyra!!

The location of this property was ideal. The amenities within the complex were perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and the workout facility and the convenience of everything being walking distance. The place looked just like the pictures posted online. The the condo was very clean and directions were very clear for check-in and check out. We had an absolute blast. Highly recommend this place.

We did an overnight for my daughters 16th birthday. It's a nice place and fully stocked with all of the necessities which we appreciated! Hairdryers, towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, etc. It is down the street from a party bus company so it got very noisy a few times every hour but it didn't last too long. The chairs at the pool were just okay. I'd bring your own large beach towels since the bath towels are pretty small. It is close to the Gulch and we had a wonderful dinner at The Finch which was a 5 min drive. It is a very secure building so we felt safe!

Great Gulch Getaway

Friends recommended the Gulch area of Nashville. This very clean, well appointed 2 bedroom (w ensuite baths) was within walking distance of several restaurants and the Country Music HOF. Garage parking included, so we parked and walked/Ubered everywhere.

Rick and Tyra have lived and worked in Nashville since 1997. We moved to Nashville in 1999 permanently. We first lived in Franklin, then we moved to a small farm in Kingston Springs west of Nashville. We moved from the farmhouse to a home in Bellevue, we sold that house last year and we are building our dream home in Franklin on 2 acres of land in a very private gated property right in the heart of Cool Springs. We bought the Condo downtown so we could enjoy the downtown life with family and friends. We love Nashville, it has been a wonderful place to live and raise our family. We have recently bought a 3 BD/3 BA High Rise condo in Orange Beach, Al right on the beach. We will be renting that one out within the next summer season. We also are bought into a new condo complex in Clear Water Beach, Fl which will be built and ready to put into service in the fall of 2026.

Why they chose this property

It is so convenient to Downtown Nashville, and once you get done with your Fun or Work than it is located in a part of town that is quiet and you can get some sleep and feel refreshed and start all over again the next day without being tired!

What makes this property unique

We have two parking spots so if you have family or friends coming in for a vacation or meeting, or just to visit in a halfway point than you can park two cars for free and just walk 15 minutes to the Gulch or take a Lyft/Uber. We are contactless check-in and out, and we also have a 24 hour wait time before the next guest after we have the cleaning company go in and deep clean it.
