Guest access
The building is equipped with Latch Smart Locks throughout. The Latch App offers better security and easier access for all guests. Latch access starts at 4PM the day of check-in. You will not be able to enter the building or parking garage prior to 4pm. Please ask us about an early check-in option for an additional fee.

Other things to note
1. Pool & pool deck are open seasonally May-October
2. Luggage Storage is now available on-site with concierge Thursday-Sunday; 10am-4pm ONLY. If you are interested in this service, please let us know during the booking process because we will need to grant additional Latch access into the Lobby outside of your reservation window. We do not accept any last minute requests for Luggage Storage, so please let us know BEFORE your trip so it can be pre-arranged. If you need luggage storage outside of this window, we do have some local recommendations for off-site storage so please ask us. Our cleaners will NOT hold any luggage inside the specific condo unit. Thank you!
3. The building has a free secured parking garage located on the upper level for guests (20 spaces, first come/first served). In addition, there is an on-site paid public parking garage on the lower level if the upper level parking garage is full ($40 per night - must scan QR code and pay in this garage - EV is available in this garage only). Free street parking (first come/first served), as well.
4. Being proficient with a self check-in is important for guests who book our place. The building is equipped with Latch Smartlocks throughout
5. This brand new building is located in the heart of the growing city. It has great sound proofing doors, windows, and insulation and like most downtown locations, it's possible to hear noise during your stay from other guests within the building, sirens, trains, music, and construction. We do provide amazing sleep sound machines + ear plugs and don’t foresee this being an issue for our guests.
