Grayton Beach State Park, which features the Underwater Museum of Art, is just over a five-mile drive away. The charming community of Seaside, including the famous 'Truman Show' home on 31 Natchez Street, is less than seven miles away.

Complex was great with lots of amenities, room was nice and all my questions were quickly responded to. Air conditioner struggled to really cool the room but it was ok. Body wash dispenser in shower was empty. Overall, no real complaints.

Great location

Great location, Gulf Place has lots of good restaurants and shops. Directly across the street from beach access. Beautiful area. Condo was clean and well maintained. Check-in/out was a breeze.

The room had an awful smell like urine and when I called they never got back with me, and the wifi was out the whole time so meant we never had tv and they never fixed it!

Great location but smells like urine

This is in a great location, easily walkable to the beach and local eateries. However, the accommodations were just OK. The unit itself smells like urine, and when I let the management know, they simply suggested I “open a window” and did not apologize or offer any air freshener. We enjoyed our time, but the accommodations didn’t feel as nice as advertised.

Convenient but so busy

Nice to park and walk but beach was crazy even early, not much for space. Local food/coffee/etc. good but all very pricey. Our shower drained very slow and left you standing in water and we could rarely get the TV to stay on - station/service kept freezing. If you don't mind busy busy every where, you can park, walk anywhere you want and enjoy a social trip!

The room was fine. It was nothing spectacular but expected for the $. We were given one roll of toilet paper. The heating and air unit was either really hot or cold.

Great location!

The condo is in a great location and is very clean. It's a bit dark, even with all the lights on at night and the TV is ridiculously small. Currently, the elevator is out so if you have a lot of personal items to lug up to the 4th floor, you might want to make sure it's working before booking. It was not easy lugging up a large suitcase and cooler along with other personal items. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are terrible. You might want to bring your own. It is small but clean and the perfect spot for a short stay.

Clean. Across street from beach. Convenient. Restaurants within walking. Elevator alarm went off all day and into the late night. property managers were contacted 2x. Had to leave property because we could not sleep. Vacasa property managers did not help settle the issue after speaking with multiple people. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Great location!

Everything was great. Very short walk to beach. Check in and check out great. Only suggestions to owner: install some hooks to hang towels, wet bathing suits and such. Also need to get better tv. Has a mind of its own remote didn’t work. So they programmed Comcast remote. Which worked volume but had to change channel manually on tv. Sometimes changes sometimes not. Other than those small items. Everything was great. Would rent again. Great location.

Perfect Location

This property is perfectly located. It’s right across from the beach. There are great restaurants, ice cream, and shops all around! The property itself was clean and had just what we needed. The only downside was WiFi was nonexistent. We tried troubleshooting and even called Vacasa support for help. We were told the service was too poor to support connecting devices. The lack of WiFi made the TV unusable because it required a connection. We were staying during the week, not in peak season. We were never able to use the WiFi or the TV. It’s not the end of the world by any means, but they should be more transparent with how bad it really is in case people rely on the WiFi for work or require a TV for their stay. The elevator was out during our stay as well. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be for some (the property is on the 4th floor). Other than that, this a great, economical find that will set you up for an excellent getaway!

Disappointing

More like a hotel room than the “condo” I was expecting. VRBO removed this listing after I booked it, so I could no longer verify what the listing indicated. The managing company did not send check in information until I called on day of arrival to get further information - however, they did make sure to charge my remaining balance right on time. The room smelled musty. The dishes were all dusty - and there was no place besides the bathroom sink to rinse off the dust since there was no kitchen sink. Also the building was very noisy - neighbors were rude and shouting in the hallways very early in the morning (before sunrise) and didn’t take care to ensure the fire door didn’t slam when leaving. Also there was construction that started very early on weekday mornings.

The room was very dirty. It appeared it had not been cleaned. Silverware was dirty, sheets had dirt in them, dust everywhere, remote had sand on it. Couldn't even get in touch with the management company to let someone know. Had to stay somewhere else with no help from them.

July 4 - 3 night stay

The location (very safe and across the street from the beach), decor, amenities, bed quality were all good. It has a lot of shops, restaurants in and around the building and a family friendly / artsy environment. The price for a tiny studio like this seemed very steep even for a long weekend…, considering it did not have a kitchen. *It would be nice if the place had 2 chairs in the balcony like many condos did in that building and 2 beach chairs vs 1. Overall a good place to stay for a 1-2 days.

Location is awesome, room was ehh

The three stars is for the location of this rental. The location is awesome! Right across from the beach, restaurants and coffee shops right downstairs. Everything is in walking distance, which is fantastic! The room, on the other hand, could definitely be cleaned up and way better for the price. The paint is chipping off the walls, the end tables and there’s mold all over the bottom of the balcony door. The bed pillows were flat as a pancake and the sheets were itchy, completely polyester and not comfy. It smelt musty and we definitely weren’t impressed. It was one (very little) step above a motel 8.

We didn’t have a good experience here! Not good instructions to work the tv. The tv froze constantly! The patio door was not secure. The fan made noise. The air conditioner made noise. The pillows weren’t good quality. The couch was worn out. We have a rental on 30a and our mgmt company would never allow those issues in our property.

Excellent Place

Great vacation. All as advertised. 5 stars. Location and area amenities, top notch! Written TV instructions were inaccurate and signal required constant reboot. Front desk and maintenance were responsive.
