This adorable little villa features an intelligently furnished open-concept living area that allows for plenty of familiar comforts while remaining space-efficient. Use the fully-equipped kitchen to serve up a spread of breakfast burritos at the breakfast bar then grab your beach towels because you've got a full day of sun and sand ahead of you. Speaking of sand, thank goodness there's an outdoor shower to rinse off under when you're back!
When is the last time you did some deep-sea fishing? Maybe it's time to book a trip with Dead Fish Charters, just five miles away. Before you know it, you'll have Cobia, Red Snapper, and King Mackerel practically jumping into the boat. If you want a little inland nature, be sure to stop by Grayton Beach State Park to take a kayak or canoe out on a coastal dune lake. You can also find trails for biking or hiking, go horseback riding, find great fishing, or put on all day picnics.
THINGS TO KNOW
This complex's stairs will undergo construction in June 2023 with an unknown completion date. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). During this period, temporary stairs will be available, as well as the elevator in the middle of the building for guests to use.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
