Historic Downtown Wilma Condo River and Mountain Views!

The historic Wilma building was built in 1921, and has stood the test of time as a Missoula center piece and hot spot. From the front door you are steps away from amazing and creative restaurants, distilleries and brew pubs.

The Vantage will transport you to a golden era in time while offering outstanding views of the Montana surroundings. Renovated by a national award winning local architect , this unit has been meticulously created as a luxe refuge, whether you're staying for a few days or a month. Honoring the 1921 birth of the Wilma building, the Vantage is designed in the Regency Style of the 1920's and 30's.
At 741 square feet, the Vantage is a large unit on the southeast corner on the sixth floor. Eight over sized windows provide mountain and river views to the east, south and west. The Vantage offers a full kitchen open to a large living and dining room, a bedroom with queen size bed and on suite full bathroom and a full guest bathroom. In the living room, a queen size sleeper sofa provides additional lodging. From the dining area, a fireplace provides ambiance for the connected living and dining areas. Historic 1920's light fixtures compliment the original terrazzo flooring. Crisp white walls are accented by cherry and black cabinetry and silver velvet curtains. Marble floors and walls adorn the bathrooms. Typical to the Regency Style's nod to the riches of world travel, African and Asian elements add depth to the experience.

The Vantage hints at what life might have been like in the days of Roosevelt, Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong and Mary Pickford, among others. Enjoy a gimlet as the sun lowers across the valley. Play some jazz. Watch the kingfishers over the river. Be awed by the views--or the vantage--this unit offers. Pause & Relax.

The unit has a mini-split air conditioning and heating unit, Wi-Fi, 37” television. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ironing board, iron, hairdryer and all linens included (down alternative comforters and pillows).

Laundry Room is located on first floor.

Loading and unloading zone for your use is located in front of the Wilma Building.

The unit comes with a small parking space, COMPACT CARS or SMALL SUV will fit.

For larger vehicles Public Parking is close by, street and garage. Parking meters are available to pay for daily parking, and parking is free from 5PM to 8AM daily and free on weekends.

An amazing location with river/park view inside an eclectic interior environment. As a business owner and someone who does a lot of traveling--I'd highly recommend this property to anyone interested. Special and unique space in perfect location

I’ve been coming to Missoula for years and graduated from UM many years ago; this was the perfect place to stay while visiting my parents. The Vantage is a well appointed, clean and beautiful condo in the historic Wilma building. The location is wonderful, and the view is amazing! Except for a lack of dresser space (there is an armoire for hanging clothes and a couple storage cubes) and bathroom counter space, everything else was great. Beautiful tile work and lighting (on dimmers, which was greatly appreciated), and the bed is comfy. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect "Vantage" of MIssoula

Excellent space and location, with beautiful views out the many windows of the Clark Fork and the mountains. Plus right in the heart of downtown and convenient to all that Missoula has to offer. Some issues with lack of specificity on check in and parking but Rita (the owner) was instantly available by text and assisted on this and other tips for our trip. Missoula offers some great bar and dining options and also good day trip possibilities (Flathead Lake, Bitteroort Valley). Overall wonderful stay.

A wonderful place

This is a wonderful rental property. The location was perfect. Tastefully and beautiful decorated and designed, this unit surpassed expectations. The dual bathrooms made getting ready so easy. The owner, Rita, gave very clear and detailed instructions on location, parking info, and entry. She was also always on point with communication. 10/10, would rent again.

The Wilma Theater is sure to captivate your imagination, it is an iconic and historic part of Missoula history. The theater has been revitalized and hosts world class musicians and concerts. With a restaurant on the ground level you almost never have to leave the building.
You will want to explore everything that is right out your front door, restaurants, a hip bar scene, galleries and shopping. With the river and walking trail right out the back door you will want to take advantage of all that Montana has to offer; fly fishing, biking, hiking and floating the river. And make sure to wrap up your evening with a beautiful sunset.
