Grab a bathing suit from the private washer/dryer, relax on a lounge chair on 600 feet of private beach below (seasonal beach service is provided), and enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, an arcade, a movie theater, and a 4,300-square-foot gym with a steam room and sauna.

If you stroll three-quarters of a mile east, you'll reach Pier Park and its 124 stores, restaurants, IMAX movie theater, Panama City Beach Skywheel, and Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the site of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series). Mingle with marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), catch one of the regular events at Frank Brown Park (one mile north), or take your kids to cool off at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east).

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) This is for room 1404 Tidewater

The bed was very comfortable, the condo was fairly clean, it had all the kitchen appliances and assciories needed to cook, and the VIEW WAS AMAZING! But the carpet was very nasty, the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen had the coating on them pulling off, the ice maker didn't work, it had a 12 inch TV in the master bedroom and the furniture was very uncomfortable. I will say this was my first not so great experience with VACASA and VRBO and I'm not going to let it keep me from using them in the future.

Reservation, check in/out was through app and texts, worked very well. Nice condo but needed some work; back two bedrooms were dark, maintenance said light fixtures needed changing, poor a/c in back bedroom if the door was closed. Elevators are very slow. Otherwise this facility is nice and most of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

As my husband and I walked into the condo the atmosphere and decorating were like home- top notch. The beach was outside our 14th floor and made it quite private to keep curtains open and let the beach atmosphere fill the condo day and night. The bedroom did not have a beach view was my only regret until i wanted to sleep in and had a very quiet (dark) area to catch up. One thing i didn't like was the presence of vacasa it took away from feeling like home in common areas (just a note). Yes, i would rent again. Thank you for letting us use your home. Ky-girl

Roach infested

We arrived very late to find roach bugs crawling everywhere. The living room carpet was filthy. I contacted two people that night. The next morning I call and spoke with a representative. She said she would talk to management and get back with me. We were there 3 nights and never heard a works from anyone. Would not recommend this place!

Tidewater not exactly what we were hoping for

Furniture needs to be replaced sofa is very old and you sink to far into it. Condo was ok but really needs some love and care put into it. Carpet is just plain disgusting with all the stains.. Tidewater is very noisy screaming children and college kids. Pool freezing cold, bar only serves beer and wine no really variety and they ran out. People throwing food off balconyvto seagulls making it impossible to use the balcony. We would probably not stay at tidewater again. We do appreciate you offering to send someone to release the dirty floors but that should not have been necessary.

Beautifully decorated unit

Beautifully decorated unit. However, some things could've been better. Kitchen sink faucet handle came off in my hand one day...very loose. Ice maker worked, but door controls did not. Had to reach in for ice. Also, hall bathroom tub did not drain. I know we could've called maintenance for all of these, but since they were just inconveniences and not necessities, we didn't want to be bothered with maintenance. Beautiful balcony view from this unit. Elevators are slow, but could've been worse. I'd hate to be here in the middle of the summer! Overall, good experience. After all, any day at the beach is a good day!

Amazing View

The view is stunning. I loved it so much. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: Amazing view, large size for a 1 bdrm, 2 ba property, full-size appliances, close to the beach, great access to amenities, close proximity to shops and restaurants, visible security, armbands to access elevators and property made me feel more secure. Cons: the carpet in the living room is gross-stains, gum, and god knows what just left with NO VISIBLE signs that anyone tried to clean it, sofa and mattress in the bedroom could definitely be replaced, if you're staying or sleeping on the couch, you will need to take 4 pillows and line the couch with it because it sinks down completely and the king bed isn't much better. Condo did have some bubbling on the ceiling and paint chips missing on the walls, the furniture is a bit worn, the ice maker and kitchen light sporadically worked, and elevators for the property were slow and some were completely broken. Overall, I would rate this property decent to good and I would definitely go back because of the view and proximity of the beach, but wanted to give full details for anyone planning to come.

The king size bed is worn out, you are sleeping in holes. The fitted sheets didn’t stay on the bed, you have to use your phone light for light in the room. Didn’t even waste our time using the 10 inch tv in the room. The bunk bed is nothing but springs I felt bad for my kids. The sleeper sofa is covered in stains, it was to disgusting to use. The couch was worn out you sink in. The lounging chair next to the couch is filthy, and it feels it. The living room carpet is stained and feels nasty The master bedroom carpet is the same way. The selevator is a nightmare anywhere from 30-45 min wait. The security and staff were rude and unhelpful, they make you feel stupid for asking a question. For $2600 I expected better

Not bad, but could be better

The condo was beautiful and clean! Balcony view was perfect! Our biggest issue was no where to put clothing. There were 2 closets but no hangers and no dressers at all. So we basically lived out of our bags all week. The ice maker in the freezer works but does not dispense through the door. No extra blankets in the condo so definitely bring some extra. Plenty of pillows though. This was our first time staying at Tidewater also. Not sure I’m a fan of such a large condominium. The beach was super crowded. With parking being so far away, it was a pain to go anywhere. Elevators weren’t nearly as bad as we had heard they would be, until one went out and didn’t get fixed for 2 days. That made it difficult. I would recommend staying on a low enough floor that you could use the stairs if needed. All in all a good vacation, but If we stayed in tidewater again, we would choose a lower floor and make sure there were at least dressers in the condo!

Beach vacation

I had a big orange stain on the fold out couch bed. Had a big black stain on the living room carpet. The ceiling fan had dust on it not a little but it was caked on. Great view from balcony. The tv in the bed room was a 10 inch tv lol. The dryer vent had so much lent I filled a grocery bag lol. The place was great but cleanliness was not their top priority. There needs to be better beach arraignment. There was only room for like 4 canopy. The rest they had the resort beach chairs you had to rent.

Beautiful Property & breath taking view

Beautiful property and accommodations - Our daughter is in a wheelchair and we had no problem with her wheelchair in the room. Would highly recommend -I could mention the elevator situation and yes it can be a bit frustrating however, once you figure out busy times - it’s all good! Thank you for a much needed vacation!!

Nice place but won’t stay there again

It was a nice place but we won’t be staying there again. The elevators were soooooo slow. Whenever you leave your room or return to your room, add an extra 30-45 minutes to your trip for elevator time. Not to mention it’s a long walk to get to your vehicle. TVs were the size of computer monitors. No bathroom counter space. Bedroom lighting was so dark that I had to use the flashlight on my phone to pick out clothes. Other than those things, it’s a nice place to stay. Staff was very nice except for one security guard that wouldn’t let my young teenage son go up to our room to use the restroom because he didn’t have his armband on (despite his brother having his on and telling the guard it’s his brother)

Absolutely amazing views oceanfront. Very relaxing room / subpar resort (elevator traffic)

Housekeeping could have done a little better job and the resort itself has its irritating issues. Elevators can take a good amount of time from your stay. As for the condo itself, we loved it. We stayed in the majority of the time and ordered food delivery. The view was worth it in our opinion. (Not rundown at all, very nice condo)

Relaxing stay

Overall good stay. Disappointed that outside pools were not heated and hot tubs did not have much pressure so it was like sitting in a hot bathtub. One day the hot tub was pretty green. Condo: Pretty good. Needs some maintanence/updates. living room curtains are torn at the top and will not open/close. Bedroom blinds won't turn open. Bedroom ceiling fan has a short and would go off. Unable to use bedroom tv as it wasn't set up correctly and was the smallest tv I have seen in quite some time.
