Luxury apartment with a magical sea view 50 meters from the beach in a residence with swimming pool.
Refurbished in January 2020 with very beautiful materials; it has a contemporary artistic decoration.
The apartment covers 105m² and comprises: Entrance, living room with dining room and terrace facing the sea, American kitchen, 2 bedrooms with their adjoining bathrooms. Located above the beach, the elevator takes you to the second floor (height corresponding to the 15th floor) where the Cannes Etoile apartment extends over the entire cross section of the building and offers a magical view over the bay of Cannes and the cape of Théoule sur Mer.
There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds that can be put together. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an American fridge, a dishwasher and a wine cellar.
The spacious sunlit living room overlooking the sea has two large sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The dining table can seat up to six people. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.
