The apartment is well equipped, newly refitted, clean, cosy, calm. For all people willing to enjoy the view, it is an incomparable emplacement. Very nice owners and organized.

Very nice flat

we was the 2 first weeks of october there, the wetter was very good and the pool was still open. The Flat is big enough for 4 persons and is full equip, nothing is missing. The residence is wonderfull ans at this period very quiet. We give only 4 stars for the place because for us it was a bit to far from the center of Cannes, but for peoples who don't need the city and want to enjoy beaches and recovering in a nice area this is the right place.

Bel appartement récemment rénové

Bel appartement avec très belle vue sur la baie de Cannes. L'appartement est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du Centre Ville, avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt (z.B. eine Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine etc.). Vor allem der Balkon und der wunderschöne Blick auf das Meer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Virginie hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns vorab mit allen relevanten Infos versorgt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Nous recommandons cet appartement. Bonne communication avec la proprietaire, très belle vue, appartement bien équipé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de commerces de proximité. Il serait également bien d'avoir un livret d'accueil avec les informations. Quelques consommables basiques seraient appréciés à l'arrivée : bouteille d'eau fraîche, savon à main, pastille vaisselle pour le début du séjour, etc.

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation. Boulangerie, traiteur, boucherie … les plus proches sont à 1 kilomètre et Intermarché et un supermarché casino à 2 kilomètres. Il y a de nombreuses brochures dans l’appartement. Concernant les informations pratiques, je vous ai envoyé un mail avant votre arrivée, avec le code wi-fi, l’emplacement du local poubelles… de nombreuses informations sont également notées sur le site. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis pour les deux chambres ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour. À votre arrivée, il y a également du papier toilette, un sac-poubelle, une éponge et des produits d’entretien. A bientôt j’espère

Der Blick ist unbeschreiblich!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und geräumig. Die Küche ist separat, was für uns sehr wichtig ist. Der Blick von Balkon ist traumhaft, Meer und Pflanzen, was möchte man noch in Urlaub sehen... Die Parkplätze sind immer verfügbar, was nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr nette Wohnungsbesitzerin und dem Schlüsseldienst ist sehr unkompliziert, was sehr wichtig ist. Super Lage, besonders für diese Jahreszeit, jedoch im Sommer würde ich wahrscheinlich eine Wohnung nehmen, die wirklich in der Nähe zu Meer und vlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist. Ansonsten kann ich diese nur empfehlen. Danke!

vacanza studio Cannes

L'appartamento è ampio, luminoso e ventilato. Si trova a un piano alto e questo permette di avere un'ottima ventilazione anche quando le giornate sono assolate. Considerando che non è attualmente dotato di aria condizionata questo dettaglio ha fatto si che non si sia risentito mai troppo caldo nemmeno la notte. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e anche di un buon numero di piatti, bicchieri e tazze...tutto nuovo. Anche nel bagno c'è tutto ciò che occorre con tanti asciugamani a disposizione. L'unico disagio avuto è legato alla quantità insufficiente di lenzuola in dotaione. Dovendo trascorrere 2 settimane avrei gradito un cambio. Può darsi anche che sia stata una svista al momento del cambio locatario. Dalla terrazza si gode una vista magnifica sul mare e sul golfo di Cannes. La presenza di una piscina ha reso poi il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. .... Sia la proprietaria che il gestore Sebastien, sono stati sempre gentilissimi e puntuali nelle risposte. Inoltre il fatto che sia una locazione accessibile agli animali, nel mio caso per un gatto, per me è stato davvero ciò che mi ha fatto decidere per la prenotazione. Essendo un architetto d'interni, è inevitabile per me guardare gli ambienti con un occhio più critico... :)) ....Consiglio alla proprietaria di aggiungere un pò di decorazione sulle pareti e rivedere qualche punto luce ...e il suo appartamento sarebbe ancora più accogliente. Insomma... avrei fatto volentieri un'altra settimana!! Manuela

Urlaub mit Sonne und Meer

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Es wurde an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, etc. sind vorhanden. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung perfekt.
