Had a great welcome with complimentary wine and was easy to find and get in. Location is great with a quick easy walk to the beach and easy walk to the strand. Would stay again!

Nice studio in great location. It’s on the alley but also access to an attractive walk street couple blocks to the beach and a good deli.Studio is comfortable though a little quirky, with a tiny bathroom with shower that coukd use a floor matt. Could use better window blinds or shades.Host was very responsive and arranged for a new TV to replace a defective one.

I had a great stay at this property- very charming, super clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and an excellent location. The split unit AC kept us nice and cool during the stay. There is a unit above you, so we heard a couple steps once in a while but just normal sounds. Kathryn was a great host and provided plenty of recommendations in the area - I would stay again and definitely recommend this to others! If you are a larger or taller guest you might find the bathroom on the smaller side but it was no problem for me and very functional. Street parking was easy to find and we had no problems.

Quiet stay near the beach

Loved the convenience of the apartment location, short walk to the beach, the small-town feel of the neighborhood. Never had difficulty finding a parking space. The owner was extremely helpful, and the little apartment was very clean. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio at Martha's, overlooking the ocean. (The palm tree on the gate always made me smile!)

Parking was not onsite as stated online description. Difficult to find a spot to park at night. Needed more towels and wash cloths for a 3 day stay. Suggest to ad outlet power strip(s). Suggest wall clock. Full length mirrors. Small travel cooler. Great convenience to beach. Kathryn was very nice answered our calls. Suggest flexible adjustable TV wall mount.

10 night stay. First night the door code did not work and they were unavailable/not answering so had to rent a dog friendly room at 9:30 at night for a sizeable fee. After about a week a stranger came into our room while we were sleeping because they were using the SAME CODE for both apartments. That poor gentleman almost got shot because of their error! It took almost 5 hours the next day for them to fix the lock. Only one night refunded for the "slight inconvenience" (quote from the owner).
