Great location, not very clean.
Vacasa did an amazing job responding and being helpful. However, the condo fell short of meeting our expectations. The master bed was advertised as a queen, definitely was a full. The master bathroom had not been deep cleaned in a long, long time. There was mildew on the shower tiles and the sliding doors were broken. They also had this brown/red looking gunk all over the shower doors which would indicate to me that a deep clean was really necessary! The area rug was so dirty I felt grossed out that my kids sat on it or even walking on it. With the prices we paid for the week, I’d like to feel comfortable in a clean environment.
Housekeeping offered to come in and clean, but they informed me that it would just be surface area. The elevators were an issue on check in day, but not too terrible the rest of the week. The location was super convenient though!
The condo did have basic starter supplies and lots of towels. The washer and dryer worked great for us!
NOTE: if you are a person who’s usually cold, BRING A BLANKET! They only provided thin little blankets and we weren’t made aware of that until the day we checked in. We were driving from Indiana and stayed halfway the night before. Luckily, we brought blankets from home.
