Perfect condo for a long weekend at the beach

Great beachfront property for a long weekend! Weather was not the best while we were there but did get 2 days of beach time! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub though everyday. Would book again!

Great place to stay

My family absolutely loved this place. It’s perfect and the pictures look exactly like the place. Our only two complaints while visiting is that we had a wrong code for the pool at first, I went to the office and was able to get the correct code and it worked the rest of the time. The other issues is that we had to pay $40 for parking, it states that parking is included. Neither of these were huge issues, it just would have been nice to know that the parking was going to cost $40. Otherwise, like I said my family loved it and we definitely want to come back again.

Winter 2022

This is the second time we’ve been to PCB. We spent January and February at this condo, the other time was in a different condo. The weather was on the cool side this year. Celadon had big issues with their elevators. They were in the middle of changing/ updating them and only one elevator worked at any given day. Sporadically two would work but that was rare. You could push the buttons to go up or down and the elevators would go past you sometimes twice before it would stop. Celadon implemented a new parking system and even tho people had their parking pass on their vehicle dash visible thru the window and they still put a paper warning sticker on your window which was glued on and didn’t come off without buying goo gone to remove it. Pros - the view from the balcony was beautiful. The “balcony” furniture was very comfortable. This condo is on the west end of the beach in a quieter part of PCB. Thomas donuts is within walking distance. This condo is quiet which is nice. The kitchen had most everything you need, but no room to put any groceries. Not a lot of Knick knacks laying around which is nice. Allison in the front office was a gem to work with. She was very caring and went out of her way to assist in any issue. Cons- The bed mattress was smaller than the box spring and had a mattress cover on it that was too big and thus shifted every time you moved causing the sheets to slide up. The bed was not comfortable. Also with Covid the owner only had one blanket and you had to bring your own. Couldn’t have any guests as no bedding for them. The couch really needs replacing. It is stained and so soft that when you sit it feels like your knees come up to you chin when you sink down. The blue leather chair has seen better days and is on its last legs and also needs replacing. The owner keeps the heat really high (74 degrees and locks it so only they can change things and people can’t adjust it) and we were told it needed to be that temp (74 degrees) to keep the windows from sweating. This however does fix the issue and the condo is so warm that you feel better being outside than inside. When the temp dropped into the 30’s the bedroom window and living room patio doors sweated big time. In the bedroom the water ran down the window onto the wall and then onto the floor. We had to wipe constantly as mildew would occur. We put towels on the floor to catch the steady stream of sweating the patio door and windows did. Even the metal frame on the patio door and windows sweated and dripped water constantly until it warmed up. We had to call when the weather really warmed up the last week we were there and ask for the AC to be put on. The condo was unbearable at 78-80 degrees and was like walking into a sauna when the outside temp warmed up. You also can’t leave the doors open or it shuts down the system. So allowing the tenants to adjust the temp would be a plus and put this review in the “pro” column. The two area rugs desperately need cleaning. The TV remotes (2 of them) need to have directions with them. We had to have staff show us which one turned on the tv and to what channel in order to watch tv. They also need to have a list of tv channels in each condo. Overall these cons can be fixed with very little cost to the owner. It would make staying in this condo a plus.
