Okay for the price

The floors were very sticky and not clean. Would be a good condo with a few updates such as floors and a good deep carpet clean or replacement. Good location and not overly crowded. We would possibly stay again but just be sure to bring house shoes.

Just ok

The reason it was just ok are the following: 1. Carpeted areas are noticeably dirty 2. Be careful using the kitchen sink as there is a tiny stream of water that sprays from the wand right at you. 3. Dryer gets hot but doesn't dry (i went outside and unclogged the heavily clogged lint filter which barely helped). 4. Beds are not comfortable and are noisy. 5. Internet service didn't work though after 30 minutes of troubleshooting with Mediacom, began working. 6. Back bathroom toilet was clogged. Good location!

Perfect like getaway

This was the perfect space for me and the hubs to get away w/o the kids. Super short walk to the beach. Conveniently located near everything! Loved that it had two full baths, clean, and well priced. It has enough space for us to bring our three kids! Will rebook with them.

Deceiving

This home could use some serious updating. The curtains were broken off the hooks, holes in walls, smelled, bed uncomfortable. We had to go out and buy a skillet and spatula to even cook. It has seen better days
