This 2 bedroom traditional cozy cottage in Breakwater Village is located within 2min walking distance from private beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including seating for 5. The living room boasts a recliner, queen size sleep sofa, flat screen TV, and wireless high speed internet. 2 Bed rooms, one with a full sized bed, the other with twin/full bunk beds. Bathroom has a stand up shower unit, and also has another heated shower that can be found outside (June-Oct). Cottage also has central A/C and heat for added comfort. Enjoy your stay with an outdoor BBQ on the front deck, complete with propane grill, table, chairs, and umbrella.
*Please note: All linens; sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, etc ARE NOT PROVIDED. All guests are responsible for bringing their own. There is also no “on site” washer/dryer however, there are several nearby laundromats in the area.

*NO PETS: sorry for the inconvenience, but there is a strict no pets policy set in place by the neighborhood association.

Whether its a short bike ride, or just a stroll through the village, take in some of the breath taking views, and spectacular sunrise, and sunsets that it has to offer.

*Change over days on weekly rentals is Saturday

This cute bungalow is in a wonderful private community just steps from the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with almost everything!We loved our stay and hope to be back in a couple of months!

Family get away

We absolutely loved it here! Big enough for our growing family of 4. Perfect beach for young kids! Perfect distance to the beach and restaurants! The cottage was super clean and the outdoor shower was great! We will be back as a family of 5!!

Great Little Cottage

What a wonderful little cottage in an adorable community! Rob has thought of everything to make things comfortable in a cozy cottage. We were there in the fall and unfortunately the weather was cool, rainy and windy so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, outdoor shower or grill. But we saw all those things and think they'd be great in better weather. The neighboring houses are close but neighbors are very friendly. Since it was rainy we enjoyed hunkering down in the house, napping, watching tv, reading and drinking wine - a nice way to relax from busy lives. Thanks for a great stay Rob!

Absolutely loved it!

At first I was like ok. Houses on top of each other. It’ll be ok. When I ever opened that door and saw the cuteness overload of that cottage house, I fell in love. Definitely beachy! Beach access Simple theres a walk way and there are stairs to the right. Beach very close and big enough to have the feel of a public beach but no people and soft sand sooo serene and relaxing. Absolutely wonderful. Will return to that area for sure! Western PA Native Rhide Islander

Comfortable, clean, and an amazing location in Breakwater Village! The cottage itself was more than enough for our party of two; I could easily see a family of up to 5 people comfortably enjoy their stay in this cute cottage! The private beach was never too crowded, and also boasted some gorgeous sunsets! Communication with Rob was easy, he responded quickly whenever we reached out with a question. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Stay- Beautiful Private Beach

Brought my mom to the beach for her 60th birthday and this stay did not disappoint! Beautiful neighborhood and private beach just a minute walk down the path. Cottage was clean and the outdoor shower was awesome! Rob was a great host and very responsive. Could not have been better!

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderfully equipped and clean house to enjoy the RI coastline. Great location near Point Judith Lighthouse. I enjoyed walking along the private beach and out to the Lighthouse each day. Rob was a really great host and checked in to ensure I had everything I needed.

Clean quaint home.

This home was very clean. It has all the things you need in the kitchen ( even though we didn’t use any). It is a bit small because the beds are full size and twin. So, not a lot of space to share the bed when one is 6’4. Also, the beds are covered in plastic covers to protect the mattress, which is good to keep things clean, but we felt the warm from this and were hot. I have it a 4 star review because of this, and because one has to geo g all bed linens, covers and pillows, plus all personal towels which takes up a lot of space in the car.
