In Cap-Ferret, duplex open onto a calm and pleasant terrace. Recently re-decorated (Interior paint, carpet changed upstairs, bedding)
You are 800 meters on foot from the Ferret market (present every morning during the summer period) and 100m from the crossroads market, the press, the bakery ... The Ocean is 100m away and the Arcachon Bay is 300m away.

This duplex offers: 1 master bedroom with a 140 bed; 1 guest bedroom with also a 140 bed and 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds in 90 beds.

All have their dressing room.
A living room open onto a fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker) opens onto a wooden terrace (BBQ, neat garden furniture).

A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, TV, wifi completes the equipment of this comfortable and welcoming Duplex.

Emplacement Top. Vis à vis important mais non genant (ce sont des chambres) Maison très pratique (2 wc) mais 2 chambres sur 3 un peu chaudes à cause des velux

Maison au calme et proche de toutes les commodités

Très agréablement surprise par rapport à l'annonce : plus grande, maison bien agencée avec une SDD et une SDB, grande terrasse en bois avec un barbecue, un garage attenant avec un lave linge, sèche linge et une 2ème frigo. Grand plus, on peut garer la voiture devant la maison de façon sécurisée. Alexandre de Larrard gère la location avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse, cela change ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

Emplacement idéal

Petite maison très bien placée et très facile à vivre. De superbes vacances grâce à ça !!! Malgré tout, elle manque de confort : lits de 140, absence de micro-onde, serviettes(payant)limitées, salle de bain vétuste avec problème d’odeur et vis à vis important. Ces quelques améliorations feraient de cette maison une agréable maison de vacances au Cap Ferret avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
