Bright and colorful, this relaxing, designer-styled resort condo is just what the doctor ordered for a chill beach getaway. Kick back and take in the fantastic view from your private, furnished balcony, the perfect spot no matter the time of day. Inside, the inviting living area, complete with comfortable furniture and a TV, will keep everyone entertained, while the adjacent dining room and well-equipped, full kitchen, offer opportunities for delicious, home-cooked meals. The on-site amenities at Seychelles include two pools, one with a connected pool spa, a sundeck, and a fitness center.

This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. You'll also find Schooner's, Panama City Beach's last local beach club, right next door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall nice stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We liked the access to the beach and the view of the water only couple of things we could say that we didn’t enjoy, was the bed in the bedroom. The headboard was very loose and felt like it was going to fall apart at any minute. The bunk bed mattresses are very worn and sunken. Also, when we arrived, there was quite a bit of sand still on the floors my husband and I had to sweep the floors when we got there because we have a little one and didn’t want him crawling all over dirty floors. Also if you plan to cook a lot, they have very little cooking tools. But from that, everything else was pretty nice.

Clean and beautiful view BUT

You have to proved your own tp paper towels dishwasher Tabs and laundry detergent. However u do get one roll of tp per bathroom and 2 dishwasher tabs for our 6 night stay. The window in the bedroom had a blind but no curtains. So u get to watch the people walk by and get woken up at 6am every day from the sunrise. Luckily I ran a pot of water through the coffee pot before i used it as their was baby cockroaches floating in the water. All the bed wear uncomfortable. the bed in bedroom made noise so loud everyone in the condo new when u rolled over or moved at all.

Great location, no frills condo

This condo is in a great location, looking right out into the Gulf, with easy access to the beach. There are also a couple of decent local beach bars within walking distance. The condo itself is clean, the couch and the beds could use upgrading, but overall it's a nice place to stay considering the location.

Great View, Horrible Bed

We loved everything about this place except for the mattress in the master bedroom. It was LOUD and hard...may as well have slept on the floor. The sliding door out to the balcony was very hard to open as well, as if it had been damaged at the bottom or somehow was off the track. Other than this (door was a minor inconvenience), we loved staying here. The staff were wonderful as well!

Condo was spacious, and the view was spectacular. Had everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. The unit was fairly clean, but the floors needed sweeping and mopping. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Great!

The stay was great. The condo was nice and cool. The bed was comfy. We were on the 16th floor and had no problems getting elevators fast. One recommendation would be for a ramp to get to the beach. I saw alot of people having problems with carts and strollers.

The condo was very nice and perfect for our vacation. The view was beautiful and I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony while overlooking the beach and ocean each morning!

Condo was wonderful-clean and comfortable-all it was advertised to be. I would give it a 10 except for experiences with ResortQuest itself. When I called to extend our stay by one night the answer was disappointing! I was told the unit was available but the charge for one additional night was nearly triple what we paid previously. While I expected some increase that seemed outrageous considering that the owner likely got nothing since we did not continue our vacation longer than originally planned. Additionally, a few hours after check-out I received a text that my CC had been charged an additional $85 by ResortQuest. When I called the front desk I was told that it was 'in error' and would be credited back. It remains to be seen if it as simple as that. I also cannot help but wonder if ResortQuest would have simply pocketed my $85 if I had not called! These two incidents make me question if I would use ResortQuest again.
