This beautiful condo offers everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation inside and out. Enjoy the extra little touches we offer with Welcome Bags and snacks. The grounds and the sparkling blue pool make this one of the premier condo complexes on the island. Private garage parking with the elevator taking you directly into your unit, its the ultimate luxury stay.
**Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. Also, you are allowed TWO parking spaces at the complex. One is a marked space and the other you will receive a pass for upon arrival.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO:
Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible.
You could be charged an extra cleaning fee if you leave an excessive mess which causes our housekeeping to spend extra time cleaning. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside or outside of our unit on the balcony.
A few other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! If it's cooler months, they are trying to escape the cold too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.

Tybee Island

Tybee Island in February is not a warm get away, like we had hoped for, but the people are lovely! We had a great time walking the beaches and exploring the island and Savannah. Would highly recommend this condo for its convenient location and amenities. Jane is a terrific host and very responsive to our requests.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Jane’s place for my sister bachelorette. Very close to the beach, spacious, and great location on Tybee. Jane was a great host!
